An Unfitting Surprise

After Ryu settled down, it was finally time for him to go to bed.

What Bunta and Chisuzu just witnessed from their son was something that took 11 years to witness and it might be their first and last chance to ever see it.

It was 4:45 in the morning and suddenly a ominous Aurora randomly showed up near Ryu and Ryuji's window.

"What the hell am I looking at?" whispered Ryuji as he didn't want to wake his parents up.

"It's so fascinating" Ryu could not help but feel curious about what it was.

Suddenly, the Aurora beamed 6 times, the first 3 were sent far away but changed as they left the Aurora, the first looked like a meteorite ready to land, the second looked odd, a tide of water that was somehow flying which is impossible but the third looked a little odd, it looked corrupted with it showing light and dark cloud.

Which was a mystery, then the last 2 aimed immediately at both Ryu and Ryuji.

Ryu felt puzzled as if he heard a voice saying "These last two are perfect" after that the Aurora sent a bolt of lightning to Ryu but to Ryuji.

It sent a zap of an unknown energy, which looked both like green and white, both zapped by the lightning, they entered a coma which showed something that looked depressing and horrifying.

As Ryu and Ryuji woke up, they were so confused that they couldn't even explain it properly to their parents.

They first thought of it as a dream, but the more and more they thought, the worse they believed it was real.

Bunta and Chisuzu thought that they were exhausted with what happened yesterday, they thought that they should let their sons go to bed.

Ryu and Ryuji thought that they should continue their usual routine and try to forget everything that happened last night and believed that nothing could go wrong.

Except ... it did, a loud explosion erupted and. News later stated that.

"We have reports of a massive fire that has been unleashed and has been destroying the many surroundings.

People of those surroundings are trying to run to shelter and many of the firemen are unable to stop it.

Police are attempt get people to evacuate the area as the fire increasing more which will leave lives being risked, We advise civilians around the area Evacuate immediately as its spreading wildly".

Ryu and his family were petrified as they knew that they had to evacuate.

They gathered their things and immediately ran to safety but lots of the shortcuts were either destroyed or crowded as people were risking their lives for survival.

The fire came closer for every second they looked at it. Made them more paranoid. And desperate for escape

It couldn't have gone worse for Ryu and his family, but it did get worse but not for Ryu but instead his mother and father.

"I'm sorry, it's too crowded, there's not enough room" cried the civilian as his eyes was full of trauma.

"Take our our children instead, please" cried Bunta as he was desperate to save his kids rather than himself.

"No dad, please I want to go with you, momma!!!" screeched as Ryu as he begged his parents to come with them.

"Listen you two, you need to protect each other, I'm sorry, mama and papa will always love you" as Chisuzu was crying to see her children separated.

A large boulder was about to crush Ryu, but when Ryu woke up, he survived but what he witnessed was heartbreaking.
