"Are you sure this is fine though? Won't your husband and kids look for you? Plus isn't it kind of inappropriate for a married woman to go to another woman's house who is also in a relationship?" Yuki asked as they were flying, she had already slowed it down so that she could have a proper conversation with Vincess.
When Vincess heard Yuki's question, she was taken aback because only a few people knew such information, and those people who knew it could even be counted in just two hands, so she was rather curious about how Yuki knew that she was married and even had children. That was a secret that she had been keeping for more than 100 years already because she didn't want anyone to know if the news were to go out, her normal life would be in chaos. It was already bad but it was still good for her as long as she was by her husband and children's side.
"Oh… it seems that it was your secret. My bad, but it was just my assumption since you look exactly like the two girls in the boutique that I visited a few days ago. I'm assuming they also don't know who you are because they somehow see themselves as commoners. Plus you are also wearing a ring and dresses rather… conservatively. But I'm not saying like it's a bad thing though." Yuki casually said.
As if Vincess wasn't already shocked enough, she was shocked again that she was found out just because of a simple assumption that Yuki made just because she saw two girls that looked like her. Just by pure deductions and assumptions she was able to tell that she was married and had children.
"Well… It's fine. But I do hope that you keep it a secret, especially to my two daughters because I don't want them to be in the same place as me. I just want them to live a regular life, I don't want to be related to any political stuff like what I'm doing Because as you know…. being the Guild Master is hard and you will always find yourself in between the Nobles, and sometimes even the Royal Families." Vincess sighed as she looked over the window.
"I see… that is understandable… I'm the same with you, I have three daughters and I don't ever want them to take the same steps as me, though two of them are adopted, I still love them, and I would hate to see them being the same as me, being in my position. I want them to live regular lives, but it is not what they want. They still want to be involved in what I'm doing." Yuki said before pausing as she was reminiscing about those three before continuing.
"Though no matter how much I reprimand them… they just don't listen. They keep insisting that they want to be a part of it. So I just accepted it and from that, I began teaching them all my knowledge and now they are very talented." Yuki smiled as she shared a story about herself since Vincess had done the same.
In any normal situation she would never do this but being a fellow parent, she felt that she was also feeling the same as Vincess. Even if Vincess is a lot stronger than her she is now afraid that she will fight her or even kill her because if she wanted to, she would have already done it the moment they started flying, but it didn't happen. But that doesn't mean that she has completely had her guard down, if the time was needed, she would call Ciel.
"Was it a hard decision for you? Also, did your wives have a say in it, or did you just make that decision all by yourself?" Vincess asked as she was not even more curious about her, this was the first time she had seen someone who had the same mindset as her. Not wanting their children to be part of a dirty society.
"Was it hard, huh? Of course, it was. I'm sure that you have already heard some stories about me from the King even though I precisely told him that I didn't want to get myself involved in his troubles. I just merely give them some help, but… as you can probably already tell, I'm not your everyday person. I'm quite the opposite of you." Yuki said as she looked at the mirror in front of her to look at Vincess before continuing.
"I'm merciless, cold-blooded, and would kill anyone without caring too much. I can even kill thousands if not millions of innocent lives if it means getting the thing that I want. Cunning, deceptive, manipulative, just basically everything that you can think of negative, that is me. This is exactly the reason why I don't want any one of those three to ever become like me and yes I do let them work with my business but it is nothing bad, I just let them handle the paperwork. Though one of them is already showing signs, but at least it's better than me." Yuki stopped to look at Vincess who was shocked after hearing what she said.
"I see… Still, though, I'm rather surprised that you know exactly what you are because, in this kind of time, even people themselves don't understand what they are. My Teacher once said that as soon as you get to know yourself then you need to understand yourself because those two are completely different, if you know yourself and you don't do anything about it, it's going to be really bad for you." Vincess said in a soft voice as she was amazed at how Yuki easily accepted herself.
If she were in her shoes, she wouldn't know if she would ever accept herself if she was like. She just doesn't see herself being a cold and merciless person, she still feels like that if a fight can be somehow avoided she will take that path most of the time because she doesn't want her hands to get stained with blood. She had a habit of counting the number of people that she had killed before she always wanted to remember all of them and give them respect even though she was the one who killed them.
"I'm just asking…. But how many people did you really kill to be like that? From what I'm hearing it seems that you have already killed thousands of people already." Vincess asked calmly, but behind that calmness was a terrified heart, as she didn't know if she was ready to hear the real answer from her.
"How many… well there are too many for me to count. Billions maybe, or maybe even Trillions. But a large chunk of those were my enemies, probably only 30% are innocent lives that I took. But then again… it's not like I care who I kill." Yuki shrugged as she answered her question with an emotionless tone that made Vincess unconsciously shiver in fear.
She spoke as if she really didn't care if she had killed that many people. But she was just too shocked about the number, if it was a few million she would still understand that as that number was still pretty reasonable as there was a good chance that she was fighting against a huge army of enemies. But never in her life would she think that the cold and beautiful woman in front of her had actually taken the lives of more than a Billion people already.
She could not even fathom how many innocent lives she had taken already, now she was beginning to reconsider if it was really worth it to become friends with such a person.
"You're scared of me now~ How amusing, but I'm not going to blame you, even my two wives and three daughters are all the same. All of them are afraid because of what I am, but I'm glad that they are still beside me. Though you can now leave Guild Master, it's not like I was forcing you to become friends with me even though you are the one who approached me with that intention." Yuki said as she completely stopped the Jet before landing in an open space and opening the hatch for Vincess to go out.
She already saw this coming from a mile away as soon as she was asked how many lives she had taken and she was already used to it. Yuki doesn't need any help from her anyway so it is not going to hurt her one bit, she is merely curious about what Vincess really wants with her apart from wanting to be friends with her.
"You don't need to be so shocked, I knew from the beginning what you wanted. I just didn't want it, you saw that I could be a friend because of how I treated you right? Though it is sad to say, this is how I treat everyone. Good luck on trying to find some friends though." Yuki said casually as she looked behind her to only see Vincess staring at her all quiet.
