Personal maid

Jin Yuchen didn't further forced her to say her personal information. One day he will eventually find out.

At this moment court lady Mingxhe came inside the bed chamber.

" Your royal highness you asked for my presence" court lady bowed her head and said not daring to look at what the crown prince and the girl was doing.

Jin Yuchen wipes his mouth and looked back at the court lady.

" Yes, Mingxhe . Now this lady will be in your care. She will be my personal maid. You must teach and instruct her rules, regulation of a personal maid related to her role" He said.

The court lady was surprised hearing this unexpected turn. She looked at crown prince and at lady but immediately lowered her head avoiding eye contact with them after seeing the crown prince threatening look..

" .Also keep in mind that nobody outside the Huxia Palace should be aware of her. Tell everybody who asks about her that she's your niece if they have any questions." Jin Yuchen said.

The court lady further bowed her head and said " Yes, your command your royal highness".

Meanwhile Gu Hui who was still filling her stomach froze on her place. She thought she had heard something wrong.

" Jin Yuchen how dare you make me your personal maid without asking me?? Did I agree to do something like this ?? " Gu Hui screamed.

Right now there was a chicken drumstick in her hand, she wanted to throw it in his face.

Jin Yuchen turned completely to Gu Hui. He smiles and said" Oh really Why do I have to ask you?? Who are you ? Do a master have to ask there slave before making any decision"?.

" Y... Yo... You, I .... I " Gu Hui was rendered speechless, unable to find the words to respond. After all, it was true that she was nothing more than a slave.

"What 'you' and 'I'? Just finish eating quickly and follow Mingxhe. And remember, if you make any mistakes or wrong moves, it won't be you who's punished, but Mingxhe," Jin Yuchen declared, his gaze locked intensely with Gu Hui's.

Both of them continued to stare at each other, there was a tention in the room.

Behind them, Court Lady Mingxhe nearly had a heart attack witnessing the bold interaction between the crown prince and the slave girl. It was perhaps the first time she had seen a smile on his royal highness's face and someone speaking so rudely to him. Even the Emperor himself wouldn't dare to disrespect the crown prince, let alone others.

Lost in her thoughts, Court Lady Mingxhe pinched her hand, causing herself pain and letting out a startled scream " Ahhhh It hurts ".

The noise interrupted the intense staring match between Jin Yuchen and Gu Hui, causing both of them to turn their attention towards her.

"I apologize, Your Royal Highness," Court Lady Mingxhe quickly apologized, realizing she had disturbed them.

Reluctantly Gu Hui walked out of the bed chamber following the court lady.

Jin Yuchen face which had smirk and playful expression suddenly changed into serious expression. He walked to the study chamber.

" Lou Yao" He called a name.

At that very moment, a man covered in black clothes, holding a sword, appeared inside the study chamber. He was none other than Jin Yuchen's hidden guard, a loyal companion who had been by his side since childhood. Their bond was more to that of sworn brothers, rather the typical master-servant relationship.

" Your royal highness" Lou Yao bowed his head showing his respect.

Jin Yuchen puts the scroll down which he was reading. He then looks at Lou Yao and asked" Had you found something about her?".

Lou Yao further lowered his head and said" No, your royal highness We didn't find anything about her. I investigated her, rather then finding that she is from Gu dynasty, I didn't found anything about her".

After hearing Lou Yao's statement, Jin Yuchen frowned in displeasure and said" So you're saying that in spite of your research, you were unable to discover anything about her origins, past or background? Not a thing?".

Lou Yao bowed his head even lower, a sense of disappointment reflecting in his voice. "I apologize, Your Royal Highness. I used all my resources, but there seems to be no trace of her existence prior to her arrival here. It's as if she appeared out of thin air."

" Do whatever you want Lou Yao but remember you must find the truth about her as fast as possible?" Jin Yuchen said with stern face.

Lou Yao suddenly had a thought, and he gathered courage to ask it "Your Royal Highness, we are aware of her dangerous plans to hurt you and kill you. She have many failed attempt to kill you.. Why don't we keep her imprisonment instead of taking her inside the Huxia Palace? To find out the truth, we could negotiate with her".

He hesitantly asked.

Jin Yuchen's expression grew serious, and he interrupted Lou Yao's question, his voice filled with seriousness . "Lou Yao, when did you started to question back me?? Just go and do what I say ".

Luo Yao was not hurt by Jin Yuchen's words, as all people in the Jin dynasty knew how the crown prince was. He was known to be cold and always wore a serious expression.

There were very few time ,when very closed one who had seen the crown prince smile.

" My apologies your royal highness" Saying this Lou Yao bows down his head and leaves from there.

After Luo Yao left, he walked outside into the garden and looked up at the moon. Lost in his thoughts, he began speaking to himself.

"Who the hell are you?" Jin Yuchen muttered, his voice filled with confusion. Who ordered you to murder me, and why? What could possible have created such a hatred for me in your heart? ".

Unknown to what Jin Yuchen was thinking about her , Gu Hui was sleeping soundly in the maid quarter in the Huxia palace. This is the first time she had slept soundly and comfortably after she had run from the Gu dynasty.
