Starting off work at the gallery was not easy at all.The six people worked tirelessly day and night for the growth of the gallery. Sometimes even Julie felt very sorry for the four elder men working for her company.
Luckily, The showcase wasn't for nothing as it increased the publicity of the museum. The increased publicity really helped the gallery as many people visited the art gallery for either a purchase or just checking the museum out.This went on for a good few weeks before Julie asked the staff for meeting. She suggested they hire a few new workers since it's already getting to two months since they established the art gallery, but they were a bit hesitant as she didn't have enough funds at the moment but she told them that even three will do. she told them she only needed a receptionist and two attendants that will show the guest around.
As much as they were hesitant, In the very first place, They all knew it was a very good idea as the CEO and the deputy manager can't be doing those work. So they all settled on employing three new staffs to work for them.
After almost two weeks of putting up a job vacancy posters. They got their first applicant. Her name was Lucy and was currently studying languages and foreign relations at college. She was easy going and bubbly. She had a bright personality and really got along with everyone at the gallery. She took on the role of an attendee and was very happy about getting the job and even though the pay wasn't much, she was pleased with it. she even recommended a friend of hers and so they decided to employ her too if she was good with the pay.
The next day she came with her friend, Vanessa whom they all later called Nessa. Although they were the best of friends, Nessa was more calmer than Lucy who was always enthusiastic. Due to Nessa's calm personalty, she became their receptionist.
A male applicant who was called Mike came for an employement. He was a well defined and a handsome young man who seemed to be in his early twenties .He also got the role of an attendant with Lucy. As time went on, work was also going on well and the relationship of all the staffs really developed very well.
Five months later, an art conference was scheduled to take place at one of the biggest five star hotels in Atlanta for all entrepreneurs in the art field and although Julie's company was not a big name at the time, they also got a chance to attend the conference.
That night, Julie dressed in a peach strapless long fitting dress with black heels and her hair packed at one place exuded a real femine aura.Accompanied her was her only sister, care taker and her most trusted person Magret who was also wearing a knee length dress which showed her well crafted curves. In all, their beauty was alluring that night.
Soon the conference commenced with a greeting from the host who later called out the vice president of the Atlanta Arts Association. He talked a little about art and revealed to them that an art exhibition was to take place in a months time.All art galleries and centers could send an art over together with a representative. It would be a free platform to publicise their galleries and also showcase their ablities as a art session would also added to the exhibition. He then went on and told them that this time they would be visited by foreign guest from across the world and so they should take the opportunity seriously. He concluded by saying that the Art Association really placed a lot of effort into creating this opportunity and that they just hope the Art industry will grow in the coming years. He also didn't forget to tell them that many potential investors will also be present and so they should do well to seize that opportunity.
All those present that night were very excited with the good news they got and so during the after party, many of them tried to create some networks especially the less known art galleries and centers. Julie was very exhausted and so she went back early with Magret , after all being a CEO was a very tiring work for her.
During this month period, All the staffs at the museum from the CEO to the last one worked together for the arts exhibition. it was a rare opportunity and they were fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to join , so they weren't going to waste it. They planned everything in detail and as it was just nine staffs, it wasn't hard to destribute the work but the workload was very heavy as they couldn't exhuast the four older men.
Julie took the role of representing them in the arts contest.Magret was to build connections with others. Lucy, as was proficient in three languages which were English, French and Spanish, so she took the role of exhibiting their works to the guest along with Mike. As the venue for the exhibition was awesomly big, Every art galary got a place to put their goods with already a table with a shelf which could carry four paintings at the front and four also at the back making it eight artworks in total set for them and a small space used for the art session.
Due to the spaces provided to each galary, All of them chose to leave one attendant to welcome and attract guest for them and so Nessa took on the responsibility.
Just like the others, their plan was for Nessa to welcome and attract guests while Lucy and Mike will take over from Nessa and showcase their art to their guests with Lucy showing the works at the front and Mike showing the ones at the back and some antiques which would be nicely arranged on the table. Magret will take care of creating connections with the guests and Julie will be in for the arts contest.
During the final meeting for the staffs of Julie Arts Museum for the exhibition, Mr Steve suggested they got someone who would video and post it after the exhibition for more publicity. This suggestion suddenly brought an idea to Magret. she brought out the idea to find a permanent influencer for the museum. This idea was well received but the problem was how to get an influencer.Lucy showed a list of popular influencers which she followed.
They then decided with the seventh popular on the list because she had this personality and aura which drew attention to her. it was also hard not to like her. At first when they first contacted her and told her their offer, she rejected them but later on,Julie tried again by highly convincing her thus making her agree to meet up.
During the meeting, they got along very well and so decided to work together. The influencer's name was Laura.They agreed that she was going to be a full time worker as influencer for the museum and so she had to be reporting for work. Also she would be handling all their social media accounts which was to be created later when she comes for work. On her free periods she helped with attending to the guests and she would be reporting to work in two days time.
