Item Description: {Passed down from each family member to another. The treasured weapon of the Twelfth Inkei's. Has the ability to slow down their opponent if they tell a lie and improve their own abilities at the same time. If the opponent tells the truth though, the opponent get's buffed instead of themselves.}
