Chapter 330 – The Promise
Mana's birthday was spent in pretty much the same way as Raven's – their family and friends stayed back, while the guests for the big banquet left after the banquet. Mana, too, had piles of gifts, just like Raven.
"It really is convenient that our birthdays fall in the same month," Mana said to Raven as she watched him write thank you notes to the guests of the big banquet on behalf of both of them. The quill she had gifted him came in rather handy and saved Raven a lot of work. Mana simply had to sign after Raven did everything. After all, since the thank you note was being sent by both of them, both signatures were needed.
"You're just happy that Raven is writing all these thank you notes for you and you can simply laze around," Jules said to her.
Mana laughed. "I won't deny that. I'm lucky to have Raven," she retorted.
Jules rolled his eyes. "Raven dotes on you too much," he complained.
