"Fuck! Seize that brat!" Duke Merphen shouted in anger.

As Arren's arms were grabbed by the men, he was already shutting his eyes. The impact of what he did was still significant, even though it was a considerable distance from them. 

Some pieces from the shattered window flew and hit some of the black-clothed men as their curses and groans resounded simultaneously. When he opened his eyes, he immediately checked on the empress; fortunately, he was unharmed, but Arren felt a pain in his cheek and blood dripped from his wounds. 

"Arren..." The empress turned to him, and his alarmed and worried voice rang. He was about to touch Arren, but his hand was so harshly grabbed that he almost stumbled. 

Arrenn's eyes constricted and exclaimed, "Your Majesty!" 

His eyes roamed and landed on Duke Merphen; instantly, a furious expression appeared in his face. "What is this disrespect, Duke Merphen? Release His Majesty!"
