Arren didn't remember meeting her before. The only thing he knew about Princess Noreen was mostly superficial, and as far as he could remember, she didn't have any involvement with the plot. 

She was Levin's mother and even Spade's aunt. The relationship between her and Spade was good, even with Mother Empress Liviera. She was only told to be someone who was always there for Spade before, and like his omega father, Spade also thought highly of Princess Noreen and held her dear as almost his second mother.

With his trembling lips, Arren stared at the princess. He wanted to know if he could get any clues as to why he was scared of her—even some memories in the book regarding her. He ignored the fear that stemmed from his heart and used his strong will to bravely look at her face.
