Chapter 08

THE NEXT DAY

NEW YORK | ARIXONA - 07:45 Am.

Sky creatures that happily patrolled up the sunny skies, were the first things that enlightened our view. The sun was so happy that he couldn't stop smiling due to the ravaging beauty of the city below him 'New York'.

Planes with different labels were also seen in the distant part of the sky and below the clouds, were thousands of massive buildings; Skyscrapers, towers, outlets and all other buildings with some having a decked roof with all manners of flowers planted on the leveled ground.

The scene shifts to another area in Arixona, and a huge mansion, bodied with blue reflective glasses with half tinted parts, was put in view. The mansion's roof was decked, its surroundings, fashioned with beautifying ornaments, and it floor were designed with brown colored kerbs. Huge trees grew close to it, literally forming a good shade and under the tree, was a bed and a four sided table that held two glass cups on its head.

At the front of this beautiful mansion, was a large, mighty gate with a holographic system patrolling its surface. The outside part of the house, could be viewed by just staring at the gate, it was kinda like a transparent gate though, but only the people inside the compound, could see the outside events.

The inner part of the building was a beauty to behold, a well designed sitting room, with four blue Sofa's surrounding a glass table, a wall fixed television that had a cartoon movie showing on its screen and a wireless decorder labeled 'Free TV', placed under the television, with a glass surface holding it.

The stairs which could be seen at the right side of the house, were designed with blue metallic piece, and the handles, donned in red and blue stripes. The stairs leads to the upper part of the house, where other rooms could be accessed, and inside one of the rooms, was Oscar, lying on the big hard bed with his face staring at the ceiling, his body, empty but a short brown knicker was covering his secret part, he was so deep in his slumber that one would think he was dead.

Ring!!! Ring!!! Ring!!! The round bodied alarm clock rang aloud, causing a sharp gasp to burst out from Oscar's mouth as he opened his eyes. His eyes were blurry at first, but as he yawned and blinked twice, his clear sight was restored back in place and he began to scratch his butt.

"Urhhh" Oscar groaned as he made to sit on his butt.

He could notice some changes on him, the memories of what he experienced last night, were beginning to fall on him and he only gave out a smile that soon went away. Oscar stood up in order to approach the door leading to the bathroom, but as he walked past his mirror on the wall, he was forced to reverse back. Oscar noticed his sudden muscularity and firmness, his eyes were in shock as he kept staring at himself via the mirror. He was not a gym type, but how come this sudden body build up. He smirked out loud, using his left thumb to clean his nose off some mucous dirt, then he tried to touch the mirror in order to have a leaning balance, but as his hands got in contact with the glass, a serious meting process occurred and the mirror was shattered to mere liquids that filled the floor.

"Holy shitt!" Oscar said, seeing what has just occured, and he soon noticed the glowing effect coming from his both hands.

"What is this?" He asked himself then as he tried to put out the glowing effect by thrusting his hands forward, a huge blast of solar energy was what came out of his fist, destroying his door and causing a crack down, to occur at the litre level.

Oscar stood still for a while, he wasn't sure of what had just happened, he gave his hands a wide stare, then to make sure that he wasn't dreaming, Oscar did the same thing again, but it got worst instead. It wasn't just his hands that projected the blast now, but his body gave an omnidirectional blast of solar energy that took the room off its beauty, sending the ceiling down to the floor, shattering all casement windows, and creating a large but human sized crater on the floor, and black smokes was what covered the room next, that not even Oscar could be seen. After the destructive sounds died down a little, and the dark smokes cleared off, Oscar was seen standing there like a shocked bee been attacked by another. His face was full of dirt, his body covered with dirts also, and his legs were deep in the floor, due to the fact that it was pierced to destruction.

Oscar remained still in that position for some minutes, but as he noticed that everywhere was calm, he gave a wide smile staring at his glowing hands, and what we heard next was a yell from him.

"Whoo!! hoo!!" he yelled out, taunting both arms aside like a wrestler who just won a 'money in the bank'

Another location was placed in view, but its settings were more beautiful and adorable. It was a building inside an Estate, covered with green carpet grasses and at every gate was an officer who had a baton in his hands, and an ear com.

Inside one of the buildings, in a room to be precised, janet Olason; the Nigerian. Was lying on a soft bed, donned in blue singlet, and black tight leggings that revealed her curves. She must have been so, so tired after yesterday's event. She laid still on the bed, but soon began to flick both legs slowly, looks like, she is about to wake up from her slumber, who knows.

JANET'S

[POV]

I slowly opened my wet eyes and my gaze was fixed to the multi-colored ceiling above me. My sight was unstable, my head began aching like a nail was trying to get through. I groaned up to sit on my butts, I wasn't comfortable this morning. Whats going on?

I knew I didn't eat anything last night, I only took a cup of hot water after Daniel drove me home. But I was beginning to feel a bad ache in my stomach and I decided to get on my feet's. But everything turned out worse, and I began feeling dizzy, my headache increased, my stomach ache also leveled up, and my eyes became blurry like never before.

I began to feel something like a strong essence that fueled my body, the energy started from my legs, before traveling up to hands, then my head, and my pains got worst. I stretch my hands forward in order to grab the door handle, but the unexpected happened. As soon as I brought my hands forward to grab the door handle, I felt a force enveloped me and a huge force in form of an electric ball, emerged out of my hands, blasting and ripping the door out from its position.

"Oh my God!" I said to myself after seeing the massive streaks of blue energy that began to surround me, all of s sudden and I became enveloped with confusion.

I couldn't scream, cause I knew exactly what was happening to me. It was the power of the core in me.. And I watched as my whole body became filled with electricity and as I tried to move my body towards the door, I felt a sharp pain in my head, and I fell on the floor, my eyes became blurry again, but i could swear I saw a portal opening in front of me, but like my vision was dying off, I shut my eyes, my breadth slowly came to an end, and I felt a warm but large hand picking me up from the ground, and I blacked out.

WRITERS

[POV]

Daniel was seen sleeping inside his room, in their house close to the Nature part of Arixona. He gave out a loud, but frustrating yawn, before sitting on his butt. He wore a white top, that covered up to his knee level and his feet were covered with white socks too. His room had nothing much to talk about, except for the fact that the walls were decorated with female pictures, whether nude or not, and he smiled after viewing the nude pics of Megan tee; his favorite artist.

Daniel decided to come down from the bed, so he managed to pull himself forward. He finally stood on the floor and after a loud stretch, he made to look at the mirror. But Daniel noticed something strange, he couldn't feel his rough bodied rug that was giving to him as present on his 24th birthday, so he decided to take a look at the floor, but as his eyes got to the floor, Daniel with a wide eye, realized that his feet were not on the floor, and he has been walking on mid air all this while.. It was too much to bear, the shock was so overwhelming that Daniel had to screamed so loud, to the extent that his twin sister; Flora, who was in her room, had to rush down from her room into his own room, only to find out that her brother was Air walking and she opened her mouth in shock..

"Daniel? You are suspending on air?" She asked with a shocking face, but Daniel couldn't stop screaming.

Flora turned to see that her hands were glowing so bright and she gasp in fear instantly.

"Daniel, look." She hurriedly said to Daniel, who opened his mouth in shock also, after seeing the silver glowing energy on her.

"Wow! Its beautiful." Daniel couldn't bare but exclaim. And Flora noticed that her feet was leaving the floor surface gradually and she gave another shocking gasp..

"Brother am, am levitating, just like PowerMan does." She voiced out in happiness and confusion.

"Its the power of the core Sis. Its the one doing this, am sure of it. Am very sure of it. This is amazing!! We are flying!!" Daniel yelled as he kept floating on air, but the lights on Flora's hands got intensified and she projected a blast of light energy out from her hands towards Daniel, who was taken back to the wall, crashing with a thud sound, before he finally fell on the floor, face down.

Flora gasped "Brother!" she yelled after noticing he was hit by the light force from her hands. She managed to levitate down to a stable stance, before approaching Daniel who lay like a lifeless personnel.

"Brother, are you okay?" She asked.

"Did you see that? That was awesome flora! Amazing! And fantastic! I, i couldn't believe it, i, i thought we were dreaming. But now its clear, we are gonna be superheroes!!" Daniel said, causing flora to smile shortly.

"It was truly amazing. But what if it has a side effect?" Flora asked as she helped her brother up to his feet.

"No it can't, it can't have a side effect Sis. Those guys said it had the power of perfection, so. It can't have a bad side effect." Daniel made his point clear to her.

"Yeah, you might be right. But what about the others?" Flora asked in a low tone and Daniel gave her a long stare.

"We need to See those Warlords. But how?" Daniel said, before his eyes caught a spacial slicing effect on space, that transformed into a void portal with red outlines, and he smiled.

ANDROMEDA GALAXY

Artif Solar System

Boom!!! Bam!!! Whoosh!!! Another planet exploded to bits as it pieces were seen going down into the void.

BOOM!!! Whoosh!!! Another tried to explode to bits again, but a blue energy surrounded it forming into a circadian energy that instantly restored it back to place. A blue portal opened and many Minder ships flew out together with other creatures from various planets who luckily escaped before their world were destroyed.

Phylon flew out from one of the ships, joining both hands in a clasp style releasing a huge wave of omnidirectional energy that soon began to restore the destroyed matters in the void. And phylon gave a heaving sigh of relief.

"What happened phylon?" The voice of Pamora; The queen, sprang up behind him and phylon turned around to see his queen floating close to him.

"The star system is going out of order your highness. Its a matter of time, before everything goes blank. We need the core back. Can't you see, the warlords are of no good, if we allow the core to remain absent from this solar system, other race will go out of existence, and you know what that means." Phylon said with a shaky voice.

"Enough!!" The voice of his queen spoke aloud and Phylon lowered his head in respect.

"Enough talk Phylon, You don't need to say anything no more. I understand your feelings now, I've seen your points. And I've decided to grant you permission, you are free to go in search for the core, Phylon." She said with a partial look of sadness written on her face.

And Phylon's heart skipped in joy, but he cautioned himself not to be loud, but gave a slow bow instead. Finally, he would search for the core and restore the solar system back in place.

No one would dare stop him, not even the warlords, no one!! No one!! No one!
