Never be afraid to work hard
Never be caught up in working so hard
What we do
What we say
It could be pitch black outside
Or clear as day
But we are not defined by the truck load, okay?
Yes, we should not kick back and be lazy
No we should not explode and go crazy
But when the time is right
And it will be right
Then we move
God sees who is honestly passionate
And sees how they still need that guidance
Because some go too far
Passed Mars
To the point you have to run and yank them back hard
It takes faith to steer
To stop, to rest, to hear
What He is saying
What He means
What He wants us to do
To keep us clean
Of sin
Of stress
Of bad bad habits
A faulty mess
That can mold us into becoming our very best
Working is realistic
It should not legalistic
The law binds us
Screws us to death
Even if we gave all that was left
We need to trust in Christ
We need to be in Christ
We need to live like Christ
Nothing else shall suffice
We can do whatever we can to please God and it still won't be enough IF that is the basis of our relationship with Him. Going by the law (while should be acknowledged) puts us in a deeper debt with God since we cannot live up to those standards alone (we are imperfect!). However, in having faith through His Beloved Son (our sacrificial Savior upon the cross), we can atone for our sins. For the Lord's guidance and love shall change us for the best. We are freed by Him, not confined.
