Euqolia: A united country established by many leaders after 2nd Great Chaotic War

The Council: The gathering of all major clan, race and guild leaders. Responsible for decisions related to the well-being, protection and protection of Euqolia.

Demi-onic: demi-humans, humanoid creatures with characteristics of both humans and animals, etc.

Pure races: When someone is only part of one race. Ex: Human, elf, giant, dwarf, troll

Half Races: When someone if a mix between two pure races. Ex: Half-elves, half-giants

Currency: After the creation of Euqolia, the council issued a universal coin to allow for faster unification. Denominations going from Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum from smallest to largest. There may be higher denominations too. Each is worth 100 of the smaller denomination with 1 copper roughly buying a single person's meal.

Skills and Abilities:

Skills: Skills are abilities that are unique to an individual and require no effort to gain. The skill you are given is based on your personal affinity. Once a member of a pure race awakens, they are capable of using a racial skill immediately. Demi-onics awakens their skill upon their first kill. Half races when they turn 11 years old. You can only ever have one skill, but it can be honed and evolved.

Racial Traits: Unique abilities/traits that are shared across a race. From the monstrous transformations of the demi-onics to the simple bias' in affinities.

Magic:

S.T.A.: Spatial Terrain Anomaly, they started randomly appearing across the continent some 50-odd years ago. When an S.T.A. spawns, they completely warp the area in a way unique to each S.T.A. Once you are inside an S.T.A., it can feel like you've entered a new world as it spacially warps you into a much larger area. With the many treasures they bring along, many different kinds of monsters came as well. It is said that the profession of adventurers was founded primarily to combat the increasing amount of monsters.

Every S.T.A. has three zones in it. The Inferior Zone, the Superior Zone, and the Absolute Zone. The zones are determined by the distance from which it is from the portal. However, due to the varying sized of S.T.A.s, the distance is not exact. But they all follow the same ratios for each zone. The Inferior zone takes 20%. Superior takes 70%. Absolute takes 10%. Going deeper and passing into a new zone, monsters and beasts get much stronger and deadlier.

Unknown mutations can occur to S.T.A.s to make the monsters more aggressive and stronger. Mutated monsters hit above their level in at least one attribute.

As the country covers the entire continent and numerous S.T.A.s are being found and discovered every month, we've noticed that not all of them are the same strength. The size of the S.T.A. correlates to the strength of the dangers found within. With the weakest being single plane S.T.A.s and the highest being five plane S.T.A.s . After that, there is a separate level of S.T.A.s that are often much more dangerous, Altered S.T.A.s. While they don't sound scary, the mana within them has been altered, and natural mana regeneration is impossible, skill effectiveness is reduced, truly the most terrifying place to fight. The higher the level, the more dangerous the environment and the monsters.

Adventurer Guild: An organization set up by the council for the overall protection of Euqolia and exploration of the many forbidden areas around the continent as well as gathering all existing adventurers into one official affiliation

The Adventurer Guild Information Database, Elystrid: Has information on all monsters, creatures, adventurers, plants and many more. It's the largest public database in Euqolia on all things related to Adventurers. Different Classes and Ranked adventurers have access to different levels of information.

In every branch of the Adventurer Guild, you'll find a few things in common. There will always be a lounge, a reception and most importantly a Guild Disk. A Guild Disk is given to each branch by the headquarters of the Adventurer Guild located in the capital of the country. These disks serve many functions but are mostly used to show the quests available to do. There are markers of different sizes and colours to signal its urgency and its difficulty. Getting into difficulties, they correlate to the ranking of the Adventurer Guild.

Quests: Normal tasks that are open for adventurers.

Guild Missions: Guild-wide quest available for all adventurers of a certain rank or higher to do.

Commissions: Specifically asked tasks requested to be done by a specific adventurer or team.

Once someone completes a quest or guild mission, they are awarded Glory Medallions

Glory: Inside currency of the Adventurer Guild, can be exchanged for actual money, items, information, etc.

Adventurer Classes

-Normal(Adventurer): The run-of-the-mill adventurer

-Envoy: A special group of adventurers with unique skills to deal with unique situations and missions

Adventurer Ranks

Ranks aren't given based on the stats shown in our info sheets but instead based on ability, performance and effectiveness

The Adventurer Guild and other guilds such as the alchemists, craftsman, and engravers use the same ranking system but also include an additional system. Beginners in other guilds start as copper rank

Star system

In the adventurer guild, you can buy stars using Glory Medallions or be awarded them by the branch manager.

To advance in rank in the other guilds, you must create items of that tier. Once you have 5 stars, you take a test at the guild to be promoted to the next tier.

1-star: 1 item of higher tier with 40%efficiency/purity

2-star: 2 items of higher tier with 50%efficiency/purity

3-star: 3 items of higher tier with 60%efficiency/purity

4-star: 4 items of higher tier with 70%efficiency/purity

5-star: 5 items of higher tier with 80%efficiency/purity or higher

When using materials to create items, the potential, strength and effectiveness of said items are determined by efficiency(for craftsmen, engravers) or purity(for alchemists)
