The Four Lunches

It was already the fourth day of school and lunch time. Time really does go quick when you are too busy thinking. I was looking out the window the usual I suddenly felt a pat on my shoulder. I turned to face the person who patted my back. It makes a lot of sense it was Hayden which I should've known he's the only person to ever try so hard to talk to me. I lowered my head a little bit. Hayden had four lunches in his hand. Wow this boy can eat. He grabbed two and handed them to me. "What are these for?" Hayden smiled and said"Of course these are for you" "For me?" "Yes they are for you I woke up earlier today to make you these lunches. One is for you can eat right now and one you can eat later." Why is he being so nice to me? Why is he suddenly giving me food? "Thank you" Hayden smiled and said " there is no need to thank me we are friends aren't we?" Friends? I've never had friends guess this would be my first friend. Hayden might get judged by many people but you can tell he's a good kid. Anyone would be able to tell that he has been trying hard to be my friend I don't know his reason as to why but I'll trust him. "Uhm."

When Hayden heard Lu agree he got even happier, he almost forgot the other two lunches. He got another lunch and gave it to Casey. " Whats this for? Your giving one to me as well?" Yes I took my time to make you guys lunches. " So what does this mean?" It means that I want to be your friend as well as Lu's" Casey smirked and said "I don't want to be your friend what are you going to do about it?" Hayden laughed and said," then I'll make you my girlfriend." Casey was stunned she didn't expect him to reply like that but she was happy her plan was starting to work. "Aren't they both the same thing?" Hahah."Yes they are and thats my way of saying that I'm gonna keep trying untill you and Lu become my close friends. Since we are one step closer as friends I hope you guys know that I'll make you guys lunches every day." Casey laughed and said," What are you a housewife?""If it's for you and Lu I will be." They both started laughing and started eating.

Time had went by fast school had just ended I was heading to the back of the school. I heard someone call out my name but I thought it was my imagination so I kept walking without looking back. I heard the noise of shoes squeaking and looked back. Hayden? He stopped running, even though he ran a little he was already out of breathe. He bent down a little, grabbed his knees while breathing heavily and said, "What are you planning on doing right now?" Nothing. "Oh good, do you want to go with me to eat?" I don't have any money. "It's okay I'll pay for you" It's okay thank you any way. Hayden looked a little upset he wouldn't want to hang out with me would he? Maybe he thinks Im trying to avoid him? "I already have the lunch you gave me earlier do you just want to share it?" I felt a little more relieved when I saw his expression change "no its okay I made it for you so you can eat it anytime you want I'm not that hungry." Hayden wasn't actually hungry he was quite full he just wanted to spend time with Lu even if he didn't speak much to him.
