The following days that came, Lu Yifeng would always drop Xia Meilin in Nian Jiezhen's place to make her watch over his wife.
Nian Jiezhen got used to it, she was still not in good terms with Xia Meilin but at least she was able to tolerate her presence. She got used with Xia Meilin's bickering while Xia Meilin was getting bored as time goes by.
"Let's go to a casino!" Xia Meilin suddenly suggested.
Nian Jiezhen sighed. There she goes again with her suggestions. "We can't bring Mello there."
Little Melon paused from reading a book before he turned to them with a grin. "I want to go!"
Xia Meilin pursed her lips with what Nian Jiezhen said. She threw the pillow to her and Nian Jiezhen ended up catching it.
"I want to eat!" Xia Meilin whined. "Please give me some apppplees!"
Nian Jiezhen couldn't help but sigh. Xia Meilin's mood would always become so unpredictable and since she was pregnant, she has to cope up with it.
