Reunion

Nick was vaguely aware of this information since it was included in the mission statement but besides being a little inconvenient he thought little of it. this was normal since as a member of one of the highest powers he truly didn't need to feign subservience to a cultivator clan like the shang clan. nick passed several different groups who seem to have a similar mission to himself most of which belonged to the shang clan. nick also may or may not have flared his aura at those groups as he passed by to intimidate them. this might not have made the best impression on those shang clan members but considering they were hunting those who might be his friends he felt he could live with that just fine. it took nick around three hours to reach serpent pass but upon arriving he noticed why it had that name. as far as his senses to tell there were thousands of serpent type beast all throughout the area. nick could only shrug at this since he didn't feel like clearing them out as that would only be a temporary solution. nick flared his aura around a small area surrounding him as he walked causing most snakes to avoid him in fear.

This release of his aura also had the purpose of revealing his position to millea and azdra who were probably watching the area cautiously. nicks guess at millea and azdras action was entirely correct as they were well hidden in a nearby cave that had been sealed by millea. when nick got within a certain distance of the cave azdra whos senses were far sharper than millea's as a wyrm noticed nicks aura immediately. azdra got up from the part of the cave he was laying down in and got millea's attention excitedly. millea was confused about why azdra was so excited since he seemed to be practically bouncing in eagerness. this confusion lasted for five minutes until she herself felt the furthest reach of nicks aura and knew why azdra was so happy in an instant.
