Tyler woke to the siht of Yue asleep on his chest and Raswesia using his arm as a body pillow. He smiled at the sight of the black haired cutie asleep on his chest as she'd worn a light white gown to bed and it made her already petite frame seem even smaller. He hugged her awake and she yawned a squeaky yawn.

"Morning Big Brother."

"Morning Lil Bits. You're fun to snuggle."

She smiled warmly and he kissed Raswesia awake.

"Morning RAsia."

She smiled warmly.

"Morning Tyler. i slept well."

"Me too, teach."

"Prick."

They showered together and the warrior smiled as he walked downstairs to find Sally and Asuna behind the counter.

"Morning Blueberry."

"Morning big brother. I get cuddles tonight?"

He smiled.

"Sure. You'll need to share with Koneko though."

"OOOOH KONEKO! Sure!"

Rias came down with a chuckle.

"I take it Koneko was her favorite?"

Tyler kissed her.

"She was. Morning Rias."

"Morning Tyler. Koneko's a snuggler."

"She's a sexy kittycat. Makes sense. Then it's Xenovia, then you for the weekend. After that it'll reset and first come first served. NO picking spots UNTIL the reset."

Rias smiled as they sat at the counter.

Hestia came down with a yawn.

Yoshkia and Unicorn came down then and the purple haired Unicorn was quick to grab a hug from the taller warrior.

Sally blushed with a smile as Tyler looked at her.

Belfast came down with a knowing smile.

"Be warned. She is QUITE aggressive, Tyler."

"Sally is too."

The warrior chuckled as he patted the adorable purple haired cutie.

"Looks like Koneko has to share with Unicorn and sally."

Sally squealed excitedly.

"Yay! Sister snuggle and him too I guess!"

They laughed at her squeak and Tyler kissed Rias just cause.

She smiled happily.

The friends headed out and Yoshkia had a thought as she looked at him.

"Hey Tyler. You haven't been on cooking in a while."

The household blinked at this fact and Tyler smiled sheepishly.

"Yeah you're right. I'll be on it tonight."

Sally sighed longingly.

"Do we have the stuff for the Bellybuster, big brother?"

Tyler smiled knowingly.

"Yes we do, Blueberry."

"Hell's great an all, but the food sucked."

Rias and Tyler busted up laughing at Sally's assessment and the warrior hugged her tightly.

she blushed at that with a smile.

He blinked and looked at her with a lifted eyebrow and she blushed harder.

"Um. We were in the basement playing truth or dare?"

"Upstairs? Yue told me the basement was where the house went to screw around and not be bothered. By ANYONE."

Asuna and Kirito lifted an eyebrow apiece and so did Belfast.

"I DO wonder where THAT came from."

Sally was shaking with fear and Tyler smiled with a sigh.

"On one hand, I am not surprised. Sally's always been a wildheart. On the OTHER, WOW."

He smiled reassuringly at her.

"Not MAD, more SURPRISED. seriously. what happens during a truth or dare game, STAYS in the game."

"So long as no one gets hurt, forced to do something or judged for backing out?"

"EXACTLY. So you like blondes huh?"

She smiled.

"Alright. Is there anything we should know NOW before Belfast gets a hold a Unicorn?"

Sally thought for a moment before leaning in his ear.

"Unicorn dared Yue to put a toy on and fuck Asia with it. we ALL looked at her like she was nuts."

Tyler blinked.

Uh-oh. Belfast?"

The maid came over and he looked at her.

"An intervention is needed. Unicorn knows what a strapon is and what it's used for.....and was LOOKING for it to be used."

"I'll check in with Gaspy."

The friends looked at him in shock and he sighed.

"Happened to a friend a mine. She had a close call with her boyfriend before I was able to rescue her. well. It DID something to her. She was now fixated on WHY he was so desperate to fuck her and what it felt like. well. She raped her sister with her mother's strapon and made her fuck her too. Yeah. We need to have a chat."

Sally shuddered.

"That was hailey right? I remember that."

"That was a weird week man."

Belfast put her phone down.

Tyler looked at Rias.

The redhead smiled warmly.

The heads nodded and Asuna took her notebook.

"we'll give Satuski the heads up on the new area. You'll be heading down again right?"

"Yup. I'll take a smaller cell due to the newness. And it'll be veterans."

"You, Akeno, Kirito, and Bell with me. we'll take the truck."

Kirito nodded.

"I picked up a new rifle I wanna break in."

"what'd ya get?"

"I went with a classic. M4."

"Ooooh. Good call. Varient?"

"Hmm, CQB. Shorter barrel, foregrip, extended 60 round mag, red dot and a adjustable stock."

Tyler whistled as he pictured the weapon in his head.

"Not bad, Kirito. My one gripe is range and recoil control, but for what you need it for? Not bad."

Asuna smiled.

"I picked up a M67 pump action. Nothing TOO special."

"A rugged beast and a MEAN one. Alright."

The friends went to their clases and Marillia smiled as Tyler walked in.

"I can still feel it."

"Wait till next time."

She sighed with longing and Akeno chuckled as they sat down.

"Classic."

"And yet one a the best."

She nodded sagely and he kissed her.

"Like you."

That made her glow and he hugged her tightly.

"I haven't forgotten my Fallen One, Akeno."

Her pink eyes shown at that.

"I know. And it'll be a first call first served cuddle on the reset?"

"Yup. But you can't call it UNTIL the reset."

"I think we can do that. Provided Koneko hasn't shived me."

Koneko smirked as she walked over.

She got her own kiss and he smiled.

He hugged her and then smirked as he lifted the smaller girl up and sat her in her chair.

Akeno was laughing hard as Koneko cracked her knuckle, wound up, and DECKED the idiot SQUARE in the gut with enough force he was knocked into the wall.

Her voice was an infuriated squeak.

"Do that, AGAIN."

Tyler was laughing around his coughing at the amused FURY on his favorite kittycat's face.

"Worth it! And come on, Koneko. I HAD to do something like that at least once."

"Bout to wish you hadn't."

He kissed her and she sighed with a smile.

"Idiot. Fun. But IDIOT."

He sat back down as Satuski walked in.

"Morin Satuski. We got a biggee for the Zombie floor."

She nodded as she took her seat behind him.

"I understand an entirely new sector was opened."

"Yup. I'll take the highest experienced Raiders for a feeling out."

"Smart. They are?"

"Me, Asuna, Bell, Akeno, and Kirito. we've been down there the most."

Satuski nodded.

"We will discuss this more in the room."

"I'll be bringing my SPAZ again. THIS time we're going in serious."

She nodded and Kirito looked over from her seat.

"So we're in for a heavy assault in YOUR party. What's that look like, EXACTLY?"

He smiled.

"Well. For one. We're taking the truck. And FILLING it's bed."

The black haired boy chuckled as he flexed an arm.

"This is gonna be interesting."

JAvelin came in then and Tyler smiled as he saw the happy destroyer.

"Mornin Javy. Where's Unicorn?"

She smiled sweetly as she took her seat.

"Her mother, Lady Illustrious, took her out of school for a Mother-Daughter day. It would appear she is missing her most intensely."

"It weird I'm kinda jealous? Of BOTH of them?"

That got a chuckle before the class started and Tyler smiled as he teased Akeno with pokes and slyly placed kisses on her neck while MArilia wasn't looking. Akeno smiled warmly as the game went on.

"I'll be sure to break into your room at some point, Tyler."

"Love you too, Akeno."

He pulled his phone with a smile before scrolling to Asia's humber.

"CHOOSE. WISELY."

And en mass all the nearby girls, Marillia included, in a voice of razors as Tyler chose a favorite jumpscare GIF to send to the sweethearted blonde. Akeno smiled sweetly.

"And WHAT was THAT?"

"An image of a pair of kittens cuddling together.....with a third that jumps the camera as it pans around."

Koneko smirked thinly.

"Asia LOVES kittens."

A golden ball of light appeared before him a few minutes later.

"You have some serious balls to prank ME, Tyler."

And Asia's warm, PISSED, and happy voice was heard. Tyler smiled.

"Love you too, Asia!"

"It was CUTE! And you're still an ass."

He smirked then anbd called up Rias....waited for her to answer,

"Hello?"

And he hung up. Akeno laughed.

"How PETTY can you GET?"

"It's a classic for a reason!"

A REDBALL appeared now.

"Oooh how ORIGINAL."

He smiled and pressed the two bals together and Asia squeaked.

"hey! I do NOT want to taste that!"

Rias was laughing from her red ball.

"Wow Asia! Sweet and warm! Just like you!"

"Heeeey! stooop! You're embarrassing me!"

Tyler smiled as he held both boths fondly.

"Love you two. Oh. Hey asia?"

"Yeah?"

"What's that behind you?"

A sound of desks jostling ws heard before Rias' infuritated voice was heard.

"Okay you're a dick. Asia nearly had a heart attack."

"Eyyyyy why the long face?"

"GET AN ORIGINAL JOKE! BYE!"

The balls went out and Tyler lost it laughing at their fury before he sent a ball of HIS own power to Rias. Akeno blinked.

"What's THAT gonna do?"

His phone rang and Rias sighed.

"I LOVE YOU, but COME ON."

And she hung up so he explained.

"That ball would appear in front of her and Asia's face, then fly up over their heads before exploding into glittering flecks of blue and black glitter with the words MY GIRLS over their heads."

Akeno sniggered at the image.

"Oh okay. Seems SOMEONE is getting full of themselves!"

Satuski wacked the idiot with her sword.

"FOCUS you idiot."

"Yes, Satuski."

"GOOD."

Marillia sighed as all attention returned to her.

"Idiot."

The period went on without further issue and ended the same. The friends regrouped in the Raider room where Asia went to kick him in the balls again...only for him to dodge and sweep her up in a twirling hug.

"I love you, Asia!"

She bluhed hard before he set her down and kissed her lovingly.

"And you're fun."

she smiled happily and hugged him tightly.

"I love you too, Tyler. even your PRANKS are sweet!"

He dialed up Rias....and she answered.

"Hello?"

"Love you!"

And he hung up. She called back and he answered....only to hang up immeadiately after. Annnd a third attempt.

"Did you just hang up on me?"

He smiled.

"I dunno. Did it sound like this?"

He hung up and Akeno lost it.

"YOU are a DICK! and oh my GOD was tha hilarious."

Rias called back with a smirk in her voice.

"I guess YOU just lost out on a datenight."

Tyler chuckled at that.

"Love you too, Rias. Sorry. I have ALWAYS wanted to do that to somebody."

"Idiot. And i DID ask for an original."

"It wasn't. I saw a comedian do it to his wife and I nearly pissed myself laughing. So what's up?"

And she hung up. Tyler smiled fondly as he put his phone away.

"I FUCKING love her."

He took his seat at the head of the table and Asuna passed the information on rthe new area around. TYler tapped the paper.

"This'll be a feeling out/ heavy assault. I want to see what the hell is down there. Bell, Asuna, Kirito, and Akeno. We're taking the truck and filling the bed."

The heads nodded and Bell smiled as he looked at him.

"I've been practicing and I have my own gun."

"What is it, Bell?"

"Um. I think you know it as the Vector."

Tyler whistled at that.

"GOOD CHOICE. 9mm parabellium, 45 round magazine by default with literally NO RECOIL and a rather decent size too. How's your aim, Bell?"

"Improving all the time."

"Good answer. Akeno?"

The purple haired beauty smiled.

"I prefer longr rifles, Tyler. So I purchased an M14 for myself."

"Decent marksmen rifle, Akeno. Alright. We'll load up and take the truck down."

The heads nodded and Tyler teleported to his room using his own power. He took his SPAZ12 down and s,iled as he loaded the 120 shell belt.

"This will NEVER get old."

Once he had his zombie hunter backpack on he returned to the war room where the rest were waiting for him. Kirito smiled as he hefted his M4 and Asuna pumped her M67 with one hand.

"Let's get down there."

THe raiders loaded into the truck and Tyler smiled as they rolled off the yard.

"Seriously. This could NEVER get old!"

They smiled at that one as the truck rolled down a ram p at the dungeon until they found themselves inside a large room inside the apartment complex. Tyler hopped out and pumped his shotgun.

"The Lesbian room is that door there. I'll check something."

Akeno smirked.

"Rias CAN see you ya know."

"I know and not where I'm going with this."

Kirito followed.

"I think I read your mind."

Tyler opened the door to find the scene of the naked women....had changed. whereas before they'd been on top of each other in the ride position, now they were facedown in each other's slits. That made the warrior blink.

"Soo they're like the angels from that one show. PERFECT and I did not need to know that."

He went to the camera and chuckled.

"Hey get this. The DVD respawned."

Akeno smirked now.

"Careful!"

He took the disk and put it in his backpack.

"Love you too, Rias."

She called in under thirty seconds.

"I will TAKE that when you get home."

"Yes, Rias."

"GOOD. Idiot."

"Love you too. OH! Are we on the clock tonight?"

"Yup. YOU an I are handing out fliers. This time for sure!"

He chuckled and sent her a 10 second GIF of him saying I love you.

"I love you too, Tyler. See ya later."

He hung up with a smile before looking to the glowing weapon icon on rthe wall.

"That's the 30-30 I picked up yesterday. Seems it's still a level 2."

Asuna nodded as she kept watch on the door.

"The off chance levels are random every time you come down here?"

"Yup."

The friends got moving and Tyler flicked the taclight on his shotgun as they headed down the hallway. They didn't get far before they found a second door and Tyler nodded at it. They stacked up around the door with Tyler's SPAZ at the front. Akeno turned the handle and Tyler nudged the door open.....only for a roaring creature 7 feet tall to come charging through the wooden thing lunging with a nearly 8 foot long spear that took Tyler through the middle and the teenager spit out blood at the impact as the weapon exploded out his back. Then he growled a ferocious growl and the SPAZ was firing on semiautomatic.

"YOU CAN'T KILL ME!"

His squad were frozen in horror by the bood pooling on the floor and the sudden impalment as the warrior emptied his shotgun into the now headless Charger. The thing merely a fat, tall man with greasy overalls. The thing dropped to the floor as Tyler gritted his teeth and stood tall with a new look of rage on his face as he TORE the 8 foot pike from his bleeding gut.

"Ya missed."

The rod clanged as it was tossed aside and Tyler reloaded his shotgun four shells at a time while his pierced stomach bled profusely and his entrails were hanging out. BUT. Tyler did not wince or even break stride as the enraged warrior stalked the now rising headless charger with a feral intensity.

"Get back on the floor."

The shotgun bellowed and the undead thing lowed like an ox before Tyler tore the pin from a grenade and STUFFED it down the hole of the thing and walked away. it blew and the beast shattered into a mass of loot. Tyler looked at the stuff and smirked as he saw a small pouch and took the thing.

"We'll watch out for ambushes on opening doors."

He pulled a syringe from the pouch and stabbed himself in the leg and hit the plunger. Instantly his hanging entrails retracted into his body and the hole closed. He tossed the syringe aside and gave the last of the two pack to a white faced Akeno.

"Here. You'll be our designated medic."

Asuna recovered then.

"Are you okay?"

"I am. It missed ALL the vital organs and merely tore open a body cavity. It hurt like HELL, but not the first time I've been impaled. You good?"

She nodded and noted the syringe in a shaking Akeno's hand.

"So there's healing down here. I'll make a note."

Tyler kissed the shaken Akeno HARD and it snapped her from her shock.

"You were so badly hurt."

"I'm okay."

"Yeah. You're okay and you killed the thing on your own. Sorry for locking like that."

He smiled as he hugged her.

"Rookie."

"I will HIT YOU in the BALLS."

"I love you too, Akeno."

She smiled at that and Kirito shivered.

"Scary. AND we got stuff."

The loot was looked at and Tyler noted some armor plates form his rig. He replaced the spent plates before strapping a chestplate on. Bell then lifted a hefty gun from the floor.

"TYler? Got a biggee here."

The warrior looked.

"Huh. AN RPD. Russian Light Machinegun. 7.62 with a 200 round belt fed box. Looks like it's a level 3. A bipod, extended 250 round box, and what looks like a foregrip. Not bad."

Asuna took the beefy weapon.

"I'll take it. I kinda like how it looks."

Kirito was smirking wickedly as he lifted a second weapon.

"I have this, Tyler. I think it's a shotgun."

The warrior smirked alongside him as he saw the thing.

"NASTY. A jackhammer 12 gauge automatic shotgun. 36 round drum by default and a 400 round a minute fire rate. I'll take it, Kirito. Until you master a similar shotgun since that one has a nasty reputation as a shoulder killer."

"Sure. they rare?"

"Kinda. They're a military shotgun so."

He shrugged as he took the bullpup weapon. The loot was gathered and Tyler led the way into the now empty room. It being an apartment with one bedroom and a small kitchen. On the wall by the door was a MASSIVE glowing icon and Tyler smiled widely as he saw it.

"A barret 50 B.M.G caliber antimaterial rifle. Level 5. extended 25 round magazine, lightened barrel, aggressive vertical recoil compensator, 20X variable zoom scope with four zoom levels, and a recoil buffer stock. Pricetag? 5,000. I am taking that as I have ALWAYS WANTED a barret."

He bought the massive rifle and attached it to his sling which made the weapon weigh less for some reason. Asuna was heard from the kitchen.

"I got a large chest here, Tyler."

THe warrior walked over and there was indeed a large lootchest. He nodded as the friends all backed up.

"Possible mimic. ten foot distance. I'll set it off. Aim for THAT spot."

He nodded for a picture.

"That's where it's head is."

They nodded and the warrior shot the chest with the shotgun. The chest glowed and the ten foot tall tentacled thing appeared with a roar....only to ge met by a hail of gunfire from the friends. The thing took four steps before shattering into another lootchest and they all got the HANDS OFF THE GOODS medal. Tyler smirked....when a low moan was heard from the door and they looked....just to see the doorway had become PACKED SOLID WITH A SURPRISE HORDE!

"shiiit! light em up!"

And like that the now beleagured party opened fire at the doorway as Tyler tore the lootchest open...

"Yes! FULL ammo resupply here! load up in pairs! Asuna and me first, Kirito and Bell after, then Akeno. Asuna, switch to RPD and lay it down."

The redheaded wife smiled wickedly as she swapped to the 250 round light machinegun....and Tyler took his barret. The zombie horde had nearly blocked the doorway by the warrior tossed a frag grenade into a cavity. The blast took out the blockage and the horde started pressing into the room as an ominous cracking was heard from the wall by the door. Tyler took aim and fired the massive rifle as Asuna's LMG opened up with a loud RATATATATATAT. Zombies fell in droves as the nearly two inch wide bullets from his antimaterial rifle tore through their bodies and Asuna's rapid fire machinegun left death behind it. The others resupplied bullets from the loot chest.

"Hey Tyler!"

He looked over as he reloaded the rifle at Kirito and smirked at the machinegun he held.

"NIIICE. M249 SAW. 5.56 NATO with a 250 round box by default. Set it on it's bipod beside Asuna, Kirito. aim for center mass."

"Right!"

A rumble was heard as a 7 foot tall Humanoid appeared in the door frame to TEAR the frame from the wall despite the lead being poured into it. The result was the 3 foot door now a solid 6 feet wide. Tyler nodded as he saw this.

"A surprise horde event. Makes sense."

He swapped to the jackhammer and pulled the hammer back before he pulled the trigger. There was a loud bellow as the 36 rounds were emptied in a mere five seconds. The he tossed the spent mag and reloaded with a smile. Akeno and Bell were alos firing their rifles into the masses as the jackhammer opened up again and the miniboss dropped to the floor spilling loot from it's corpse. Tyler smirked as the horde thinned out and the last was left in pieces on the floor.

"Cease fire. They're done."

A fanfare of fireworks appeared over their heads as Ganisha's congradulatory voice rang out.

"New medal unlocked! GET THE FUCK OFF MY LAWN! Awarded for successfully defending a set area from a horde of 300. New medal unlocked! GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME! Awarded for defeating 250+ zombies in a row without taking so much as a heavy breath from them! New medal unlocked! EAT LEAD MUTHAFUCKA! Awarded for sustained fire for longer then 10 consecutive seconds!"

Tyler whisted as each of them was awarded 15,000 dollars for the medals.

"NIiice. How we holdin people?"

The friends smiled and Asuna reloaded her MG eagerly.

"Still fresh and that was FUN! we'll unload at the truck."

THe loot was taken to the truck where it was placed in the bed and they headed back down the hallway. Tyler smiled as they approached another room.

"Same drill as the last ladies and Bell."

"Hey."

The friends took positions and Tyler had the spaz at the ready as Bell turned the door knob. Tyler opened the door and they were faced by a shadow in the shape of a person on the wall and the warrior shot at it....only for te thing to dart around at lightning speed while the lead did nothing.

"Shadow! Use a knife!"

Bell pulled a pair of knives from his belt and lunged at the shadow as the thing sent a slash at the white haired boy. Bell slid under the attack and stabbed the shadow in the heart through the wall with a force and the thing screamed like an elk before shattering. Tyler patted him on the back as the three lootboxes were dropped.

"Good kill Bell!"

He smiled with relief.

"I'm glad it was that easy. Thank you."

"That the legendary Hestia Knife?"

The adventurer smiled fondly as he held the jet black weapon up.

"It is."

"Wow. It kinda looks like a marine KABAR but better looking."

"I love it too. And down here it's a level 5 knife. Same with my Minotaur Blade."

"We should go raidin sometime."

"Sure."

The friends moved into the room and Tyler noted another icon on the wall.

"Oh. another classic. A .357 Colt Python. A level 4 so four attachments. Cost is 1,500."

He looked at the group and Kirto bought it.

"I need a decent sidearm anyway."

The weapon expert smirked as he saw the set up.

"Caliber increase to .44, longer barrel, stippled grip tape and an underbarrel laser. Not bad for a revolver Kirito. Get TWO."

"SMART and AWESOME."

He bought another and it had the same attachments and Tyler nodded as they got moving.

"Save one for a last stand."

"Smart. And I'll get them colored.

"Black and Blue?"

"Yup."

"I'd go black and white. Or gold and silver."

Akeno smiled.

"HAlf devil, half fallen angel."

He kissed her deeply.

"I love everything you are Akeno. YOU are a GOOD. PERSON. And NOTHING from your past can EVER make you any less of a thunder goddess to me."

She shivered at that and hugged him hard.

"We'll have another day soon enough, Akeno."

She smiled happily. Kirito and Asuna were holding hands with a smile at the tender moment before the warrior got moving again. The next thing they found was a common area with a set of stairs leading up and down to other floors and two extra hallways leading off into the distance. Tyler looked at the common area before he noted a glowing vending machine and walked over to it curiously.

"OOOOOH here we GO bitch! Asuna, perks are purchasable."

The redhead blinked at this news and walked over.

"What are we dealing with, Tyler?"

"we got 18 perks to choose from. Each on is 2,500 bucks a pop. Assume they increase in price every buy."

Kirito looked at the options.

"If we got them all we'd be kinda godlike."

"Yes and NO. even with all of them across all of us, a single horde or hound at the wrong time and POOF we're dead."

"SAO wisdom. Tyler, what'll your first perk be?"

He pressed the button for a perk.

"Death's rejection. It's basically a self-revive. Since, ya know, NEARLY DIED TWICE."

They chuckled as a soda can dropped from the machine and he shotgunned the thing. Bell looked at him curiously as he shivered.

"What'd it taste like?"

"Oddly enough? REALLY sweet grape juice. Oh. Hey Ganisha."

The god chuckled.

"YES the perks reset on death. YES the perks are saved when you evacute. YES you can buy a perk for a friend. YES they are lootable."

"Stackable?"

"Some YES. Self revives YES. BUT only TWO to a PERSON. And BOTH have to be used BEFORE more can be equipped. You may not carry more self revives once the limit has been reached for equipped."

"Thanks Ganisha."

Asuna looked at the machine.

"The price inceased to 3,000."

Ganisha was heard.

"The price will NOT reset when you leave! it will stay the same and continue to increase until you die!"

"Different party members?"

"So long as ONE member has been down PREVIOUSLY within the last FOUR days, they will not reset."

"Harsh. Yet fair. Thanks again Ganisha. are more perks coming?"

"ABSOLUTELY. And more guns and everything else. First month no."

They nodded and Asuna frowned.

"We'll need to be VERY careful on our purchases, Tyler."

"Yeah. Hey i got an idea. hey, Ganisha, make vending machines like the lootboxes and them spawn in a new location every time a party enters the floor. And when they move, the p[rice resets."

"And have multiple vending machines throughout the floors. If you visit the same machien twice, the price increases, if you find another machine the firt perk is free."

Tyler looked at the machine now.

"Alright. EVERYONE get a self-revive NOW. Those are the difference between a high level round, or a massecre."

The heads nodded and the friends all got their perk with Kirito grimacing at the taste.

"Ugh. REALLY over did it on the grape."

Tyler looked around the room and smiled as he saw a small loot box in the corner.

"There's another loot box."

Akeno walked over and kicked it open. The friends merely got ammo from that and so they looked at the four way intersection. Tyler looked up.

"Let's go up this time. See what the next floor is like."

They nodded and the friends headed up only to be faced by a long box covered in markings and with a battered zombie corpse sitting on it. Tyler blinked at this as he walked over.

"A mystery box?"

The zombie's eyes lit up blood red.

"500 per roll. Ya feeling LUCKY punk?"

And a rattly voice was spit from it's ruined jaw. Tyler shrugged and paid the 500. The box opened with a tinkling sound and a slot machine style reel of weapons, equipment, and loot was seen spinning at speed before the thing suddenly stopped on a set of keys and Tyler took them.

"WHY am I NOT surprised?"

Asuna sighed as he put the keys on his belt.

"Watch them be to another house."

Tyler paid the box again and the reel went with a little girl's giggle before it stopped over a gun that made him smirk.

"BREN gun from world war 2. Perrine, Yoshkia's friend and wing girl, uses it."

He took the gun and Kirito walked up now and paid the box.

"CAreful. it might bite back after repeated uses."

The spool stopped suddenly on a grenade and Kirito took the thing....only to be rewarded with a sudden explosion as the thing was a rigged troll. The party was thrown back and Kirito was hit hard from the explosion with a lost arm and leg while his eyes were shattered. He dropped to the floor bleeding as a large horde appeared from the other hallways and the stairs. Tyler growled as he grabbed a syringe and stabbed the bleeding out boy.

"FUCKING CHRIST!"

Kirito was healed and the friends backed into a corner of the room firing their gun.

"THAT WAS A DICK MOVE!"

"Original I guess."

The three with light machine guns were unloading into the masses of jogging zombies and Tyler growled as he had the barrett up dropping lines of the undead when a mass of howls and bellows were heard.

"MIXED FORCES! STAY CALM. STAY FOCUSED. STAY ON TARGET!"

Bell and Akeno dropped back to reload and Tyler dropped the 30 cal to Akeno who was quick to fire the beefy belt fed machinegun into the masses. Tyler pulled his jackhammer and the bellowing was intensified from the masses of the undead. Bell threw a grenade bundle into the back of the pack and the blast tore a large hole in the horde as four packs of flaming hounds were seen in the horde. They got popped from accurate shots and the ensuing napalm blasts accounted for a mass of zombies. Tyler smirked as he reloaded his jackhammer.

"Thank god we got the ammo."

Asuna nodded as she slapped a fresh drum in her RPD.

"This area is HARSH. TWO jumps by large mobes like this? And a rigged surprise box? That's a BASSSSTY difficulty spike."

"And a DAMN good one too. LIke to see if HEY you awake in there?"

Kirito chuckled as he worked his M249.

"Like Ilfang for the noobs Asuna?"

"Yup."

The horde thinned out after a while and when the last oen dropped, the bodies all shattered to reveal a glowing golden lootbox which Tyler put a bullet into. Annnd set off a mimic.

"FUCK THIS SHIT."

He gunned it down with the jackhammer and the real golden lootchest was revealed. The surprise box shattered and left behind a pile of loot and when the golden box was opened it too had an even LARGER pile of loot. Tyler nodded.

"Okay. we've fought two massive hordes today. WE'RE DONE."

There was a mass of relief at this announcement and the goods were taken. Asuna smiled with relief as they loaded the truck on returning.

"TWO hordes is pushing it. Push our luck too much and it'll push back."

"Yup. And we have one hell of a report to make to Satuski."

They nodded and he took the driver's seat.

"And I have one hell of a girl to kiss better when we get back too."

Akeno smiled as the truck roared to life and they rolled up the ramp.

"Rias?"

"this run marks the second and third time I've nearly bit it down here."

They left the dungeon and Hestia smiled as he slid the set of keys over.

The car was delivered to the school and the tired Raiders returned in time for lunch. Satuski blinked at the nearly ten foot pile of loot from the dungeon and the exhausted state of the Zombie Hunters as they took seats.

Asuna passed the profiles around and Tyler sighed as he tapped the Charger.

"I was nearly killed on impact by one a these. NEVER saw it coming."

The room blinked and Asia was quick to hg him.

"Twilight Healing. PHEW."

"Love you too, Asia. That new area is no joke, Satuski. we ALL nearly died TWICE down there today. There is are new mechanics as well."

THe surprise box was explained and so was the vending machine. Tyler tapped the box.

"Use it at your own risk people. Seriously. The grenade might NOT be rigged next time as it is a drop in the world. Or you might take the gun and it STILL trigger. Same time the risk is worth it due to the potential rewards. Entire games have been saved by a lucky roll at the box."

Koneko frowned as she looked at him.

"500 a pop. and we can get mobbed by hundreds a zombies on a bad one. Scary."

She mirked and Satuski nodded with a sigh.

"There is a lot of information here, Tyler. I see this new area will require a different approach going forward."

He nodded.

"It will. Semiautomatics with full auto big magazine weapons later on. I know what we're getting into now so will equip accordingly. That jackhammer I'll put work into."

The loot was divvyed and the payout was close to 100,000 per person and Tyler smiled as he went to see Rias. He found his beloved redheaded girlfriend by her usual window and she smiled with relief as he kissed her.

"Are you okay?"

She smiled warmly.
