Chapter 12: you don't learn. Do you?

His grip on my neck loosened and I fell to the ground. I coughed and choked so badly while struggling for air. I dare not raise my head up. My hand was on my neck as I struggled to regain my normal self but it was not exactly as I thought.

He almost choked me to death for yelling at him.

I remained on the floor and left my mouth open while letting air pass through it with my eyes widened.

After spending half an hour on the floor, I finally pulled myself up into a sitting position. I forced myself to my feet and staggered in the direction of the triangular mirror.

I bent my neck slowly and pushed my hair sideways. His fingers left a large imprint around my neck.

My heart broke at the sight and broke, even more knowing that I was at his Mercy and I had no one to fight for me. I've lost my freedom and I am nothing but a toy to him.

" I will never forgive him," I vowed and wiped the mucus off my nose with the back of my hand.
