Chapter one(God would be missing an angel in heaven )

" How will I locate the principal's office?" Axella murmured, wandering around the school building.

Eighteen years old, Axella just got into her dream school, Blue Moon College. As it was her first time here, she didn't know her way around so she just wander around the building.

With some students passing by, a girl noticed the look on Axella's face which stated that she was confused and she can only be that confused because she wasn't familiar, meaning she was a new student.

"Hey, I don't think I've acknowledged you around here before, are you a new student?" The girl asked the polite way she knew how to.

Axella watched the girl walk closer to her .

Pearl was putting on the school uniform. A mini skirt and a shirt. She possessed blonde hair that reached her mid-back, she finally got close to Axella and stood before her.

"Yes, I am. I'm aiming to find the principal's office but I seem to be lost," Axella replied.

"Oh!, I will be happy to help, but what is your name?" The girl asked, her expression buttressing her kindness which was a smile.

"I'm Axella, Axella Donald!" The girl holding her backpack introduced herself.

"Nice, I'm Pearl and I'm guessing you are... eighteen..." Pearl's way to ask about the girl's age. Axella nodded with her lips pressed because she suddenly thought age mattered in the conversation.

"No, don't feel uncomfortable, I'm eighteen too. Nice to meet you anyway," outstretching her hand for a handshake, she explained. Axella accepted her hand.

"Nice to meet you too," she paused. "So..."

"Sure, I'll take you to the principal's office," Pearl said and tug the girl closer to her.

Their journey to the principal's room started. Pearl asked more questions as they walked through the hall, and pass through corners and Axella gladly answered.

With that, they became kind of familiar and Axella suddenly found comfort with the girl. It was nice finding a friend that soon. The school wouldn't be so bad, she thought.

"We are here already, seem we are carried away," Pearl stated.

Axella forced a smile because she was nervous to go in. "Thank you." Her voice exposed her but Pearl could already see it on her face.

"Come on, don't be scared, she's not a monster," she hit the girl by her shoulder.

"I hope so."

"I need to leave, gotta class to attend" Pearl said and Axella nodded in response and watched her leave before going into the principal's office.

When she entered, she scrutinized the large room and then the woman sitting before her table.

" good morning ma" said Axella to the principal.

" good morning, I guess you're Axella Donald the transferred student" asked the principal and she nodded.

With that, the principal instructed her to follow her after confirming she was Axella Donald.

The journey to where the principal was leading her to was a bit far as Axella was tired of carrying her bags around.

Soon, they reached the teachers' office and Axella was asked to wait outside the room as the principal had to discuss with her class teacher.

Axella waited for about ten minutes before she was brought into the room and introduced to her teacher. She was told everything she needed to know and then was led to her dorm by her teacher.

Axella found her teacher complex even though she gave a nice impression.

After dropping her bag, she followed her teacher to her classroom.

The girl wasn't given a chance to change to the school uniform, instead she was told to change during sport.

The lady stopped before a class which was Class 3D.

Axella felt shaky as she was brought into the class. The moment she entered, following the teacher, she found her hands sweaty because eyes followed her movement.

They all greeted Mrs Jones, the class teacher.

She replied. "Good morning, we have here, a new student joining us," she outstretched her hand to Axella and then turned to her. "Introduce yourself, dear."

Axella forced a smile and nodded before facing the class only to see the girl that helped her earlier. She didn't know why but after seeing her, her nervousness reduced.

"Hello everyone," she waved with shaky hands. "I'm Axella Donald. A transferred student from Living String High. It's nice to meet you all. I hope you treat me nicely and get along well."

The class just stared at her after her introduction. The class teacher found it enough so she mentioned for Axella to sit beside Pearl. There was an empty seat.

That was settled. Mrs Jones then shared a short conversation with her class before leaving.

Just immediately, another female teacher walked in and the class chorused another greeting. Axella got to know her name and whispered to Pearl a question about what she taught. She was Mrs Maya, the literature teacher.

In an hour, her class was over and sport began. This was the time, Axella was instructed to change her uniform. But she didn't know her way around to find her locker so she decided to approach Pearl but before she could. Pearl approached her by sitting on the empty chair before Axella's.

They joked until Pearl asked about her room number.

"It's room 178," answered Axella and Pearl stared at Axella with enlarged eyes and parted lips.

"That's my room," Pearl gasped, bringing Axella's eyes to widen at the coincidence.

"Can't believe you're now my roomie," said Axella.

Pearl had always been alone since she got to college, no one had been paired with her as a roommate so she was just a lonely girl.

"Wow, I finally have a roommate!" Taking Axella's hand, she exclaimed. She then explained that they needed to change for sport. With that, Axella got to know the direction to the girl's locker.

"Are there cute guys in this school?" Axella suddenly moved closer to Pearl while walking and whispered in her ear.

They had changed to their sportswear and the uniform looked good on Axella.

"Seriously Axella, cute guys?" Pearl laughed at Axella who raised a brow.

"Just answer me, are there any cute guys in this school?" She asked again but this time not in a whisper.

Yes, there are many. We have two demigods here in art class actually," Pearl answered.

Soon, they got to the courtroom and sat down joining the others to cheer up the volleyball players.

The new student was about to ask about the two demigods but she got lost after setting her eyes on the boy who went to drink a bottle of water.

"Wow, he is so cute," Axella gushed inwardly as she stared dreamily at the guy.

"What could an angel be doing on Earth 'cause I'm sure God would be missing an angel in heaven," Axella muttered with her gaze glued to his presence.

She couldn't get her eyes off him all through the sport.

"I guess he is really popular for girls to be cheering at him that much," she said after noticing how much attention he got. She then drifted her eyes from the tall guy to Pearl only to realize that Pearl had been staring at her.
