Chapter 9: Knowledge

"Ohhh... Now I finally understand".

"So there are three universes, layers on each other while separated by the heaven barrier."

"The mortal universe, the divine universe, and the supreme universe."

Tian muttered to himself in an understanding way while sitting down on a spiritual mat that had a burning candle beside it.

Each universe has a different cultivation realm, and the beings in each galaxy are stronger than each other.

He understands the cultivation systems of the mortal and divine universe, but there is no writing about the supreme universe.

He searches the library for any book that will have anything related to the supreme universe, but he can't find anything. he returns to the mat and continues reading.

The cultivating systems and realm of the mortal universe start from:

body refinement

core formation,

nascent soul

Saint realm,

King realm

emperor realm

and finally, the ascension realm

And each realm was further divided into nine stages.

After he was done knowing all this basic knowledge, he read about the beasts, races, natural treasures, and so on; he felt complete; at least now he knows the world he reincarnated into better.

After returning the last book in his hand to the shelf, he walks to the cultivation technique and skills sections and starts reading about skills and cultivation techniques.

He came across a lot of powerful cultivation techniques. Still, he doesn't know why he felt disgusted toward the multiple cultivation technique that can make any being reach the peak if they cultivate them.

So he took it and went back to sit on the mat and started reading through the book; he was so engrossed in the book that he lost the sense of awareness of his surroundings.

"Seems I will have to find an excellent spear to practice this technique since it explains all the fundamental processes of the spear. How interesting".

He got up and walked out of the library before heading straight inside the weapon Smith building; upon entering, he saw multiple weapons arranged on a long rack, and each gun was in its section and classified according to its grade.

Each weapon emits a different aura; some are heavy and domineering, some are light while some are cold, some are bloodthirsty, and some are pure as light.

He went to the spear section; he started examining the different types of spears cause he wanted to choose the one that suited him better.

He kept looking for a while, but unfortunately, none of the spears suited him, so he decided to choose any spear for now to practice the spear techniques he had learned.

Moreover, it's not like all the spears available are weak; it's just that the self-pride that was radiating from his heart made him look down on every available weapon.

Sigh...

"Even though all these spears look so powerful, my pride won't let me choose them as my weapon; I will just make do with this".

He chooses a heavy black spear that radiates a powerful demonic aura before walking out of the weapon building.

Tian was standing in the middle of a land surrounded by multiple big mountains that radiate different types of suffocating energy, he was drenched in sweat, and his face looked pale, but his eyes were as bright as the stars; he was standing upright with his spear pointed ahead of him.

He has been practicing for who knows how long since he had no idea how to calculate time in the soul world.

He lost the sense of time and abandoned all his worries and the situation in the outside world.

He was lost in his training and started moving the spear in his hand differently; he started following a pattern he had studied in the book.

( firm footed, lunge, long strike, passing strike, shuffle strike )

He follows this pattern repeatedly while different expressions keep appearing on his face. Sometimes, he frowns and smiles, and sometimes his expression is light and heavy.

All of a sudden, the aura around him start fluctuating,

And his face stopped showing any form of emotion, his movements stopped, and he was in standby mode, lost in thought.

He was in a state of epiphany.....

If any expert sees him in this condition, they will have to curse him to death cause this state is hard to enter some experts don't get to enter this mode for the rest of their life, while some have to put a lot of effort to enter this mode of Enlightenment.

Everything becomes clear to him. All his confusion was erased, the mist in his eyes was swept away, and he saw everything clearly; this went on for a long time, but he was still in this standby mode.

Until the aura around him changed, and this time, it's become heavy, sharp, and domineering, the wild atmosphere spread around its surrounding, and the spear he was holding was vibrating violently.

A smile appears on his face.

"I see... So this is what they call spear energy; surprisingly, I manage to enter this stage on my first time practicing the way of the spear".

Chuckle.....

"It seems I'm talented."

Tian said to himself with a Machiavellian smile; who knows what silly thought is going on in his mind?

He took a deep breath to calm his excited mind that couldn't wait to experience another form of battle before he sat down on the ground in a lotus style.

"According to the book I read, anyone can draw energy into their body, and if they can store it in their body, they will enter the first stage of cultivation, body refinement. After that, they can start using the energy to temper their body in preparation for the core formation".

Realization dawned on Tian, and he felt a little bit scared when he realized how he had confronted Lord Mo; he felt like luck was on his side cause anyone of Lord Mo's experts could have killed him with just a wave of their hand, not talking of Lord Mo who is the leader of an empire.

He mocks himself for being naive before he continues reading.

There are seven forbidden areas in the divine realm, but surprisingly no one knows the limit since it is endless with many unknown mysteries.

Each continent where further divided into countries, states, and many cities.

The state has some families that rule over the city's people, and these people pay them taxes in return for their securities. There are millions of States and uncountable cities in each continent, and each state rules multiple cities under them.

Moreover, there are hundreds of countries with thousands of States under their command, and each country has a kingdom with a king with its leader who controls the country and the many states under them.

However, all these countries also serve the continent, and each continent has empires; these empires rule over the continents together and protect their world.

Reading all this basic knowledge, Tian was speechless upon realizing how big and endless the continents are. Moreover, each country is a world on its own even the cities, which consist of low-grade families, have a vast territory that can be compared to a country in his previous life.
