I handed Tina the bag with the charges in it.
"Put one on ever side, Tina," I whispered
"Yeah Shorty, should I set them too?"
"Yeah sure, why not. Just keep your voice down."
Shortly after we got one on the side, some of the Brotherhood of Steel members came up from behind us. I looked at Tina and she pulled out her gun.
"Let's do this Shorty."
I aimed my pistols at them and soon it became a free for all.
We shot them as much as we needed but they just wouldn't go down.
Pow pow!
Tina and I were confused and grateful that that happened, but those shots weren't ours. I looked a little behind the dead corpse only to see The Firehawk and Roland standing there.
"Anyone call for fire support, or maybe just some fire?" The Firehawk said to us as she made her hands glow red flames.
"Thanks you guys, you'll be a big help."
Tina and I turned back to the core and continued setting up the charges.
"Faster Tina, Dez needs our help."
"I'm going as fast as I can Shorty!" She yelled back. A few moments later some more of the Brotherhood troops came in. Roland and The Firehawk started shooting them but they were high class troops.
"Need any help there Firehawk?" I asked.
"Nope just keep setting up those charges. These guys will go down the hard way," She turned over to the troops and then did something only she could do. She turned into a hawk made of Fire and started teleporting to them and lighting them up with a snap of her fingers. Meanwhile Roland came over and helped Tina and I set up the bombs because Lilith had the troops covered.
"There ya go guys, also thank Roland for helping you did a great job, we would all be dead if it wasn't for you." The Firehawk said sarcastically.
"Sorry Lil, you seemed like you had it covered, but the good news is we got all the charges set up, so let's blow this thing and go home."
I jumped off of the platform that was holding the core and we were off to find Dez and the others.
