Chapter 43: May I Touch Your Bird?

UP Pool is a great thing! Tom thought this as he encountered Professor Trelawney twice on his way to Dumbledore's office. On the way, he checked the messages that popped up on the system.

In summary, Dumbledore was entering the pool! He could draw Dumbledore at midnight! Although Tom didn't know what Dumbledore would provide, it was definitely something good. However, some words inside made him quite concerned, such as "significantly increased probability" instead of a guaranteed rate-up, and "skill fragments" instead of complete skill scrolls. These words gave him a bad feeling.

In addition to the portraits, there were several tables and cabinets in the office, displaying various curious silverware, some of which were emitting smoke. The Sorting Hat was on a shelf. On the door of the office was a phoenix feather, and perched on it was a large red bird—Fawkes.
