The Sudden Unveil

"Stay put. I'd do a spell to confer the ancestors.".

Sharon had said as she set Dallas down, in his guest bedroom, in the witches' chapel.

Dallas' body is coated with mixed blood. His white shirt was drenched with blood and his lips dripped blood.

Dallas instantly dashed into the washroom the moment Sharon had gone to collect her elements for the spell.

He acquired a jar of water and hastily washed his face with it, wiping off any trace of blood before Ember saw it.

He tore off his clothes and instantly changed into fresh ones.

He had murdered Caleb. He hadn't even known what had come over him. He wasn't aware of the thirst he felt. It had never been this strong when he just became a vampire. His thirst for blood had never been this heightened.

And, he certainly never felt a thirst for supernatural beings' blood.

Something was certainly amiss.
