6. Sign contract

One morning a few days later, Anna walked into an upscale law firm with mixed emotions. Sunlight poured in through the wide windows, illuminating the entire conference room and reflecting her nervous face on the smooth desktop. The conference room was decorated in an extremely simple manner, with a few modern art paintings hanging on the walls, and it was so quiet around her that you could almost hear the ticking of the clock.

Alex was already waiting in the conference room, standing by the window and looking out, turning to Anna with a polite smile when he saw her enter. He was dressed in a well-tailored dark blue suit, his air subdued and steady, blending in with the setting of this exquisite conference room.

"Anna, good morning." Alex stepped forward and shook her hand, "Thank you for taking the time to come here."

The lawyer then walked into the conference room, bringing with him a heavy stack of contract documents. He placed the papers on the table and then presented them to Anna and Alex, "This is the fake marriage contract we prepared for you. The contract lists the rights and obligations of both parties in detail, and clearly specifies the relevant clauses. Please read it carefully and sign it."

Anna sat down, picked up the document, and flipped through it carefully.
