"He's my father, and if he didn't consider me his daughter, you can't keep me off his obsequies; at least let me in," Erika shouted in her head, for she couldn't destroy her half sister's life and ruin everything over their heads.

"Sorry, Madam, your feet?" The servant said, glimsing at her toe tip, which was touching their golden gate. She painfully smiled. "It's my bad," Erika hissed, as she refused any offer from the gentlemen who handed her a hand to help her stand on her feet.

"Are you okay?" The man in black hair said, Erika finally had her focus back. She gazed at him and said, "I'm good. Thank you for the care." Her tone was sharp, full of serious signs.

"If you don't feel well, allow me to take you home." The man said softly, drawing the kind smile she would not choose to see in her recent situation. She shut her eyes for some seconds and slowly opened them.
