Olivia's POV:
I laughed loudly to cover the awkward atmosphere. "Well, it's okay to go... but breakfast. You tortured me so much about it," I said, glaring at the table for a while.
"I will freshen up and leave immediately; it's an urgent affair," he said, and I frowned.
When it comes to Chloe, it's an urgent affair. My grandma locked me up in the room, but he only showed up in the morning. If she is so important, then why don't he go marry her forcefully and leave me? What am I even saying? She will accept to marry him, so there is no need for a forceful marriage.
Then I spotted the key on the couch; he indeed locked the door. I picked up the key and unlocked the door, but before leaving, I wrote a note: "I already left; don't look for me. Go deal with important affairs." Then I placed it beside the table.
