Everyone Hates An Ugly Woman

"Who let this pig out of her sty?"

Lu Xixi's heart broke into pieces. Her hands were balled into fists as she supressed the tears that were threatening to burst.

She didnt want to embarass herself again..His words hurted her enough.

"Why are you still here?" His eyes looked at her with disdain.

"Haha! Are you actually too hungry to walk?" He took out some coins from his pocket and threw it at her.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

The coins painfully bounced of her and fell to the ground one by one. Then, A row of stiffled laughter followed.

"Come on! Pick it up!" He said viciously.However, she only stayed silent.

Why? Why is he doing this? Werent they best of friends? Didnt he promise to always take care of her? Why was he doing this?!

Suddenly, a painful realization dawned upon her as she once heard their hateful laughter reigniting. She looked at their unfamiliar faces that were looking at her as if theyre looking at a complete joke. She understood now but that didnt mean that she accepted it.

"Why?" Lu Xixi heard herself saying that.

However, he only laughed even more.

"Why not?"

" Ms Lu!" She heard her manager's panicky

voice from her phone.

"What?" Biting a chunk off an apple, Lu Xixi replied nonchanlantly

Its been a quite busy day for her so she couldnt even be bothered to remove her heels as she laid on the expensive leather sits in her private limousine. Furthermore, she still had a Chanel endorsement event scheduled this afternoon, so she had to minimize her energy consumption for later. Picking up her phone already took all her effort and half the energy she acquired after lazing about for about half an hour.

"Youre caught in another scandal again!" Her manager, sounded as if she was biting her nails by the sound of her voice.

Lu Xixi yawned " With whom?" she sat up and poured herself some wine.

" CEO Liu Bolin of Liu Enterprise" Her voice echoed throughout the car.

Unsprisingly however, Lu Xixi only hummed. She calmly drunk her exquisite rose wine and opened the windows, making way for the bustling city noise to enter.

She looked at the huge poster, plastered on a towering building and smiled.

It was an ad of her recent makeup endorsement and it came out better than she expected.

"Im really beatiful am I not?"

"Im sorry?" Her manager replied baffled.

"Im really so much like a goddess."

"Miss Lu! I dont think you get the severity of the situa-"

Lu Xixi hanged up before she could continue. She stretched her body eagerly before she called for her chaffeur in a lazy tone.

"How long before we arrive?"

"20 minutes more maa'm"

She nodded before she closed her eyes, her mouth curving upwards into a satisfied smile.
