Elena remained frozen in place, her gaze fixated on the faint lipstick mark beneath Yuchen's lips.
She understood that their marriage was just a contract, and Yuchen was free to meet any woman. She also knew that despite their night together, it might not mean much to Yuchen. After all, he had spent a long time in London, and who knows how many times he had been with other women without any commitment.
While Elena tried to convince herself that Yuchen's actions should not affect her deeply, the pain in her heart contradicted her rational thoughts. She couldn't shake off the hurt.
