Chapter 28: It wasn't an accident

Some days passed by and Taehyun finally got out of the hospital but he didn't see Jungwon for even once.

"Why he didn't come to visit me even for five minutes? Is he going through something bad? Or he's just ignoring me? If that's the case then why is he ignoring me? Argh! I'm f*cking worried!" Taehyun was talking in his mind while leaving the hospital with his mom.

[At the same time, in other place]

"Why did you push him?" Jungwon had a furious look all over his face and there was a guy standing in front of him. The guy was older than him but he had handsomeness in his face.

"I-I d-didn't do that willingly. It was him who was in a rush. I just didn't notice him." he was faltering while lying to Jungwon.

"I came here after collecting all the information. So, be honest with me.... teacher(mockingly)!" Jungwon asked again with his rage.

"Don't you believe me at all? What did I do to you that you hate me that much? I'm telling you, I didn't do it willingly." he was acting very pitiful while saying those.

"Stop acting pitiful! That disgusts me!" Jungwon was angrier than before and grabbed the guy's collar.

"J-Jungwon! L-Let's talk in another place. S-somewhere else! L-Like...." the guy was afraid of Jungwon and asked if he wanted to go somewhere private since there were a lot of people watching them.

"Why? So that you can take advantage of me again?" Jungwon's eyes were throwing fire in the guy.

"Why are you behaving like this?" he tried to touch Jungwon's cheek while talking with a very soft tone. But the cute boy didn't give a chance to his so-called teacher and exceeded his shirt to push him away.

"I saw you. You were there. Right behind Taehyun. You are the one who pushed him. I clearly saw you. And you know what? I put all of my efforts into finding you so that I can punish you. I don't have any evidence right now but I'll collect them soon. And I'll show no mercy when complaining about you in the teachers council. So, you better be prepared to lose your career here." Jungwon said and turned back to leave.

"Jungwon! I'm really sorry for what happened but I really really didn't do that willingly. Please believe me and... can't you give me a chance? Why? I told you earlier, I was drunk and I didn't mean to harm you either. You know I liked you, right? I still like you. Can't you just give me a chance?" The guy was begging for just a chance. He looked more pitiful since he got teary eyes.

"Tch! You and your pretentious face! You never liked me! It was just your imagination! I was dating a boy back then too. Since you were my home tutor, I was just afraid to tell you since you had a good relationship with my parents. But now I need to inform you since you were living in the dark. Don't live in the dark anymore. And also...I know you weren't drunk that day" Jungwon replied with his hateful look and left the place.

While walking his way, he reminisced about the past. How nice would it be if he never met with this teacher? Jungwon was just a middle schooler back then when he first saw this guy. His parents had a good relationship with this guy and that's why he came to tutoring him first. Jungwon wasn't aware of his character. But he could understand what he wanted from Jungwon slowly. Since then he didn't want to take help from this pervert but his parents didn't believe his words and forced him to take lessons from him.

But one day when he was alone in his home, his teacher came and asked for some drinks. When Jungwon came back with soda cans, he wasn't feeling something right since he saw the teacher was closing the door and looking suspicious. Jungwon tried to go back but it was too late for him to understand that he was the prey. The crazy beast already attacked him and stuck him in the middle of the door and himself. He was very close to him, trying to kiss him but Jungwon was resisting with all of his strength but his teacher was too strong to handle. He tore little boy's shirt and touched his chest, belly and many more places with his hand and lips. If it wasn't for Jay, he would've been raped that day. Jungwon was very traumatized back then and it took some time to recover.

After that day, he didn't see this guy for a long time but when he went to the teacher's council to participate on the quiz show, he saw him again and it reminded him of his trauma but he had no idea that the guy was following him since then.

But Jungwon realized when he saw Taehyun was coming down from the stairs and he was thinking something. Maybe he was coming to him and Jay. Jungwon was behind the tree so Jungwon assumed that Taehyun didn't see him. He wanted to be noticed by Taehyun and was walking to him but he saw his teacher was standing behind Taehyun. Jungwon couldn't have imagined that the guy would do something that shameless. He clearly saw him pushing Taehyun from there. He also saw how Taehyun was rolling from the stairs. Before he could do anything, it already happened and there was nothing to do for Jungwon without looking at him. Thinking about that scene, Jungwon got tears in his eyes again and he was wiping his cheeks again and again. It was his fault that Taehyun had to experience something like that.

Taehyun was resting at home but he was in his own thoughts and he didn't notice that his mom was calling him until she came and poked him.

"Ah! You said something?" Taehyun asked. What happened, my son? Why are you looking soulless? Tell me. Mom is here." his mom was confused about what happened to her son because he was spacing out since he came back from the hospital.

"Mom! Did you see Jungwon? The boy who was my partner on the quiz show? I can't reach him." Taehyun asked his mom as he had no other choice.

"That cute boy! Yes, he came to visit you everyday but I don't know why he left without meeting you! Did you two quarrel after the show?" His mom replied with a smile.

"What? He came? But I didn't see him!" Taehyun was surprised but he felt relieved and happy when he heard Jungwon came to visit him.

"So, he was worried about me!" Taehyun said in his mind.

"But, something was strange about him!" his mom spoke again.

"Hm? What?" Taehyun was confused.

"He was peeking inside the room when I reached there(hospital, at Taehyun's room). He looked very gentle but when he saw me, he was shocked and right after that he left. I couldn't get a chance to invite him inside the room. Seems like he ran away from there." his mom was explaining as she found it really suspicious.

"Don't worry mom! Maybe he was shy." Taehyun replied with a smile but he was worried himself. When his mom left, Taehyun took his phone again and called Jungwon again. This time his phone was ringing but the receiver wasn't himself. It was another guy.

"Who is it?" the guy from the other side asked. Ah! Hello! This is Taehyun! Isn't it Jungwon's phone? Where is he?" Taehyun was very gentle.

"He's at shower. I'll tell him that you called after he's done." the guy replied.

"Oh! Yes, please tell him to call me back." Taehyun hung up the call and sighed. Now that he felt that Jungwon was okay, he was relieved. But who was the guy on the phone? And how did he know Jungwon was taking a shower? Taehyun's mind messed up with so many thoughts since he couldn't come up with any right answer. But after thinking about lots of men, he finally figured out who it was. And when he realized it was Jay, he felt really happy since it wasn't any other guy. But what was his brother doing with him? Didn't he live alone?

"I should be happy now that I know he's alright. Brothers can always stay together!" Taehyun consoled himself.
