Chapter 13: Is it called love?

"Thanks for spending time and letting me learn so many things, hyung!" Jungwon said while walking Taehyun out of his home.

"No, don't say that. It was fun to learn with you. I also got to know about so many things. And it's really nice to spend time with you." Taehyun said it to be gentle but he truly enjoys his time with this cutie.

"Okay, you should go back now. I can go back from here." Taehyun said to Jungwon to send him back to his home.

"Okay, take care and be careful on your way home, hyung!" Jungwon said gently and smiled.

"Okay." Taehyun couldn't resist himself from touching Jungwon's soft hair as he was too cute when his dimples were visible. By the sudden action of Taehyun, Jungwon blushed but it was really nice. Taehyun started walking again and Jungwon was watching him until he got invisible. After Taehyun left Jungwon went back inside and jumped on the bed. He was looking at the ceiling and took a pillow to hug it. He didn't know why but he was feeling really happy. He touches his hair where Taehyun touches and takes a look at his hand. He hugged the pillow tightly and then tried to hide his face in the pillow. He kept laughing as he felt like he was flying in the sky out of happiness.

"Wait!" Jungwon sat down suddenly and took the pillow in his lap. He took a long breath and started thinking.

"Why am I this happy? I never felt something like this when I was with my friends! They can't make me feel so happy even if they do something really crazy! But why do I feel this way when he hasn't done anything?" Jungwon asked himself and searched for an answer.

Suddenly his phone started ringing and he took out the phone from his pocket.

"Oh! Sunoo! What are you up to?" Jungwon asked. They were video calling each other and could see each other.

"I'm helping mom. She was a little sick so I came to cook. But now she's fine and went out to talk with the neighborhood aunty! How can she treat me like that! No, what I'm trying to say is, if she was feeling well then she should've helped me instead!" Sunoo replied with so many details though Jungwon didn't want to know the details.

"You're a good boy for your mother!" Jungwon laughed and said,

"Whatever!" Sunoo made a face and replied. He just marinated the chicken and now he has to wait. And he can't wait if he doesn't talk with someone. And this was the reason Sunoo called Jungwon. He was sitting on a chair and his laptop was kept on the table. He was wearing an apron. And it was looking cute with his cute and fluffy cheeks. His foxy eyes were looking very pretty and his sharp nose had something on it as he was cooking.

"What's that on your nose?" Jungwon laughed. What? He put his hand on his nose to check what it was and found it was flour. Then he laughed and wiped it off with his apron. Though Jungwon was his good friend and he knew everything about him he didn't miss that something was going on with Jungwon.

"Hey! Has something good happened today? You look so happy! Tell me, what is it?" Sunoo asked and made a face to tease Jungwon.

"Eh?" Jungwon acted as if he couldn't understand anything. But he said in his mind, "Is it that obvious?"

"You are looking so happy today. I haven't seen you that happy after that day. Tell me honestly. Is there something you're hiding from me?" Sunoo was curious and looked at Jungwon with questionable eyes.

"No.....I mean..... I-I don't know. I really don't know and I can't understand what it is. I really forgot what happened before when he was with me." Jungwon couldn't finish the property before Sunoo shouted with excitement, "OOH! OH!"

"Hey! Don't tell me you like someone!" Sunoo became surprised and said,

"Ei! Don't talk rubbish! How can I like him? Don't you know I promised myself that I won't fall for anyone?" Jungwon blushed and said.

"See? You're blushing now! And what do you mean you promised yourself you won't like anyone? What happened before wasn't your fault! And you argued with your parents about this matter and left your home too! So what are you afraid of even if you like someone? You should be brave and take action as soon as possible!" Sunoo was making him understand with a lot of excitement as he was happy for his friend.

"But, Sunoo! Listen to me! It's true that I left my parents because of Niki but he was too young! And I couldn't risk him just to know about my sexual orientation! So, I let him go. It was my fault! I hurt him! I used him! How can I forget his sad, crying face? I know I was rude to him but it was all for his sake! He can lead a better life now that I'm not around him. I'm sure he will get over it but what if I repeat the same mistake? And I don't really know if I truly like him or not. And I don't know if he's interested in men too! I'm just confused. And I don't know what to do." saying this Jungwon sighed.

"Calm down, bro! I know you're confused but if you really really like that person, you shouldn't look back to your past. You have to move on and tell him how you feel. If you don't get an answer now and don't tell the other party, you'll regret it for the rest of your life. It's not easy to get love back. So, make sure if he also has a crush on you or not. Even if he doesn't, make him fall for you, got it? You should be the one to take the step to be happy. And I'm sure, you'll get him one day. Trust me, no! Trust yourself!" Sunoo said as if he knew everything and Jungwon must follow his advice.

"I'll try. Thanks for giving me advice. I really appreciate it." Jungwon sighed again.

"Okay, bye for now. And make sure to introduce him to me when I go back, got it? And also inform me if something happens." Saying this smilingly Sunoo waved his hand to say goodbye.

"Oh! Bye! Don't worry!" Jungwon also waved his hand and cut the line.

He put his phone aside and lay down again. He hugged his pillow once more and started thinking about it.

Is it really love? Did he fall for Taehyun? Or else what were the feelings when he spent time with Taehyun. To be honest, he felt the same when he first saw Taehyun. His smile, his attractive eyes, his tiny nose, everything was too attractive. His heart nearly stopped beating when he fell on Taehyun a while ago. But he didn't feel something like that while dating Niki. Though Niki was the one who proposed to him, he accepted to date him as he was confused about his sexual orientation.

He just wanted to make sure of it so he agreed to Niki's proposal. But his heart didn't pound for Niki that much like this time. But he was sure of his sexuality since then. When his parents found out about them, they were too harsh on Niki and Jungwon couldn't bear it anymore. He could have left his parents back then. But if he did so, he had to take Niki with him. And he didn't have any jobs as he was a high schooler. Moreover, he can't take full responsibility for Niki. So, it was best to part away to give Niki a peaceful life. Though he quarreled with his own parents after that. His parents were too much homophobic that they can't accept their own son if he couldn't change. But Jungwon was very certain that he can't be obedient to his parents for all of his life. They were forcing him too much to date some girls. They even set up blind dates for him though he was minor. They did everything they could to change Jungwon's sexuality. When it became too much for Jungwon, he left the house and never went back.
