Chapter 12: What's inside it?

Soobin didn't want to go to the store. Instead he wanted to go too far from here so that he could hide. He couldn't see anything clearly because of the tears which accumulated in his eyes. He couldn't believe his eyes yet but couldn't stop crying. His legs were feeling so heavy that he could barely walk. But he needs to go to the store as soon as possible otherwise he might lose his job this time. He was trying his best to forget everything about his past but he just couldn't. Those bad memories kept popping up in his head and he couldn't handle them anymore. He knelt on the ground grabbing his ears to block every sound that he kept hearing but it was of no use.

"Young Man! Are you okay?" a young man came to Soobin and asked out of humanity. He was nearly in his 30s but still looking like a kid. He put his hand on Soobin's shoulder and tried to console him.

"A-I-I'm okay." Soobin left his ears and looked at the guy.

"Oh! Soobin! What are you doing here? And what happened to you?" The guy was very curious after seeing the young man was none other than Soobin.

"I'm okay, I just got that headache again." Soobin was out of his breath.

"Okay, try to get up. Come with me slowly." he extended his hand towards Soobin. Soobin took his hand and got up slowly. Both of them went to the convenience store where Soobin works. Sit here and have some water.

"You didn't come to the store so I called you but you didn't receive it either. That's why I went to look for you. I had no idea you weren't feeling well. You should've at least called me if you weren't doing well!" The guy wasn't rude to Soobin but it seems like he was a little angry at him since he was waiting for him from the very morning. He went to fetch some water for Soobin. He was the owner of the store and Soobin was his part time worker though the two of them have a brotherly relationship.

"Ki Bum hyung!" Soobin called.

"What?" he replied and came with a bottle of water. He gave it to Soobin and looked at him with questionable eyes.

"I-I m-met Yoongi hyung today." Soobin said as if he was lost somewhere.

"What? Where? How? Did he see you? What did he say to you?" Ki Bum asked so many questions at a time. He knew what Yoongi meant to him and so he tried to console Soobin. though he was at a loss of words.

"I went to his house with one of my friends. I saw him there. He couldn't say anything to me nor could he see me because he was sleeping and also he was sick. I didn't know it was his own house and my friend knows him." Soobin said and drank some water.

"Is he doing well?" Ki Bum asked, being very worried and gentle.

"Hm. He's married to a guy called Namjoon and seems like he's really doing well." Soobin said with a low voice.

"It's okay! It's been almost two years now. You have to forget your past and move on. You have to live in the present for the future! You can't stay like this forever! Do you think if you keep suffering because of your past, he'd be satisfied?" Ki Bum said while mentioning his past.

"B-but! Hyung! I just can't forget him! I-I just can't get over those terrible moments! It was me who killed him! It's all my fault." Soobin started to cry. Ki Bum couldn't say anything more no matter how much he wanted to console him. He sighed and kept caressing Soobin's back to console him.

"Hyung! Lechugou(Let's go)! Jungwon came to Taehyun and startled him.

"Ah! You startled me! Where were you? I was searching for you everywhere!" Taehyun said and smiled. He was whipped by Jungwon's cuteness once again.

"I was looking at you from afar. You were so adorable when you were searching for me, hehe!" Jungwon said and laughed cutely. He didn't have to act cute, whatever he did, even if he killed anyone and gave a big smile, maybe he'll be forgiven by his cuteness.

"Okay, let's go now." Taehyun blushed and said that he started walking. Jungwon also started walking beside him and led him to his own house. It's not a big house but there were so many flats in the apartment. Jungwon took out a key from his pocket and unlocked the door. Then the two of them went inside. The home was small but liveable for one person. Jungwon lives alone but he decorated the house in a nice way. Anyone can tell that it's a girl's house. There was a double bed in his bedroom and as he's a student, of course he has table chairs and lots of books. Taehyun lives with his parents but his room isn't as neat as Jungwon's. His mom tried to decorate and clean his room but he never lets his parents go inside his room.

"Please sit here." Jungwon showed his bed to Taehyun and said gently. Taehyun sat on the bed, the bed was really soft and Taehyun wanted to jump on the bed but he controlled him as he's the senior one here.

"Hyung! What would you like to take? Coffee or milk drinks? I don't have tea at home." Jungwon said and smiled as he was showing hospitality to his guests.

"I don't drink coffee. So, milk drinks are fine." Taehyun said without any hesitation.

"Then I'll go bring some. You can take any books from here if you continue studying without me." Jungwon was quite gentle and went to his kitchen. Taehyun stood up and went to take a look at the books. He was searching which book would be the best for the quiz show. But instead of getting a book, he found a photo album and he felt very curious. So he took the album and was going to open it. That time Jungwon arrived with some strawberry yogurt and two pieces of pastries.

"Hyung! Don't touch it please!" Jungwon put the food on that table and went to Taehyun. He was acting really strange as if he was going to be exposed.

"Why?" Seeing his reaction, Taehyun gave him an evil laugh as he could guess something was wrong about the album. And that's why he wanted to know very badly.

"Give it to me! You better eat cakes I especially bought for you." Jungwon laughed awkwardly and went closer to Taehyun trying to get the album.

"No! I'm going to see it unless you tell me what you are hiding from me." Taehyun said and teased him.

"Please give it to me, hyung!" He was so eager to get the album and it made Taehyun more curious. He put his hand in the air and tiptoed his legs as much as he could so that Jungwon couldn't reach the album. Taehyun was having so much fun that he started laughing at him and teasing him more. Jungwon stopped trying and sighed. Taehyun thought he was upset so he stopped laughing and took his hand down. And right at that moment, Jungwon snatched the album and mocked him.

"Bleh!" mocking him, Jungwon tried to escape from there as soon as possible but Taehyun didn't want to lose in front of him. He grabbed his hand and pulled him closer. But Jungwon tripped over something and fell on Taehyun. As Taehyun couldn't guess something like that, he also fell on the bed. Jungwon was too close to him and it made his heart pound like crazy. Though both of them thought they were scared, it was themselves who made each other's hearts beat faster.
