Harry's P.O.V.

It was nothing like I expected. When I imagined kissing her, it was nothing like this. I expected lust and heat and a drive to just tear her clothes off, but I didn't want any of that when I kissed her. I wanted to cup her cheek, pull her close, and make it last. But, she pulled away too fast with wide eyes and parted lips, like she couldn't believe she just kissed me. I'm sure my face was just as shocked, but I couldn't help but just stare at her.

/"I'm sorry,/" she whispered, stepping down from the car and dipping her head as she walked away. I didn't know what to do, and, by the time I got one foot out of the car to try and stop her, she was already at her front door. I cursed and slammed my door shut. I wouldn't have known what to say anyway, but I needed to say something.
