Chapter 03 — Winter Season

"Here's your hot chocolate, ma'am." Linda said as she handed me the mug with a hot chocolate inside of it.

"Thank you, Linda." I thanked her as I put it on the small table in front of the couch I'm sitting. I sighed, knowing I can't use my bike for the time being since it's winter season. I turned on the tv and watch the kdrama I'm currently watching, the 'King the Land.'

This show is popular among kdrama fans and I also saw the manhwa of this. The story is interesting, to be honest.

While I'm busy watching, my phone keep on ringing, it was really annoying but in the end, I ended up answering it anyway. It was nothing serious as it was a call from my friend who's now living from a neighboring country.

Time was fast and it's already night time. I went up to my room to sleep since I'm still a student after all. In fact, my class starts early in the morning and I didn't want to be late even for a couple of seconds.

"Ma'am Azalea, your breakfast is ready." Linda said while knocking outside of the door in my room, "Yes, thank you!" I thanked her while I'm still busy putting my uniform on.

I'm wearing my winter school uniform. The black uniform jacket with a school logo on the upper right of the jacket that's covering my long sleeve white uniform inside and the tie with a stripe of black and navy blue. As for the skirt, the color was navy blue with three(3) horizontal line of the color white on the edge.

As soon as I finished dressing myself, I went out of my room and walked to the kitchen. Everything were already prepared by the maids, there's a lot of foods in a large table in front of me yet, I'm the only one who's gonna eat all of this.

"Oh, ma'am! Please eat your breakfast." Mary said, she's also one of our housekeepers here. I thanked her and the others too, as I sit on the chair.

"Please get yourselves a plate and eat with me." I said as I smiled at them, I'm not comfortable of eating alone.

"No, ma'am, we're just your housekeepers and we wouldn't dare to eat with our owner." Mary said and all of them agreed at Mary's words. As expected, they won't eat with me, with the same reason again.
