The Voyage Back To England
An abandoned ship drifted alone in the sea.
It bobbed up and down on the water's surface, powerless against the wind that blew against its thin sail and the wave that carried it to an unknown place.
From under the water, a hand reached out and grabbed the edge of the ship. It almost toppled to the side when the owner of the hand jumped out of the water and landed on top of the ship.
Ryan Caldwell wiped strands of wet hair from his face. He knelt at the edge of the ship and put both of his hands into the water.
Soon, a pair of fair hands grabbed onto his. A head full of wet, dark red hair burst through the water's surface.
Ryan pulled Aiden into the ship, then he reached out into the water again to pull his cousin into the ship.
All three of them were freezing. Their bodies were originally very cold. When they swam in cold water for a long time, they could feel their limbs going numb and stiff.
Ryan pulled Aiden into his arms and kissed the latter's frozen lips.
