Chapter 4: Flare Clan Bloodline

Alan looked at Voilet and spoke, "What happened?"

Voilet looked at Vina to say something.

Vina sighed and spoke, "I have the ability to control plants."

Alan looked at Vina and a smile formed on his face.

"Oh, plant manipulation?" Alan spoke.

Alan nodded and looked at Vina.

"Quite a good ability."

Vina raised an eyebrow and thought, 'He isn't underestimating me?'

"What, thought that I would think this ability is mediocre?"

Alan spoke with a smirk.

Vina nodded and wait for his answer.

"Well, you are wrong if you think I can underestimate this ability. To manipulate plants is not something mediocre, it is a superb ability. There are many things it can be used for like slowing down your enemy or a hidden attack etcetera etcetera etcetera."

Vina's eyes widened a bit. He was right!

Her ability is normally underestimated but it can be fatal, really fatal.

There was also a surprise that he said the same thing as her mother.

Alan looked at Voilet and spoke, "Your ability is good but not much?"

Voilet received a critical hit, "Ugh!"

"Why are so honest?" Voilet spoke with a pout.

"Well, of course I would be. I hate lying. It is like betraying yourself and someone close to you. Anyway, there must be some more powers in this ability, right?"

Voilet looked at Alan and sighed, "I don't know but mother said there will be! So, I have no choice but to believe her. But how did you estimate that?"

"Instincts." Alan spoke with a smile.

Voilet and Vina looked at him with wide eyes.

What the actual hell?

His instincts are way too good for a newborn vampire.

"Mother said the same!" Voilet muttered under her breath.

"Now, its my turn right?" Alan spoke in a neutral tone.

"Yes." Both women spoke at the same time.

Julia was listening to all of their conversations with a small smile.

"I don't know much about them as this was the first time but I do know I can see someone's details like their powers, height and other things."

"Dafuq?" Voilet and Vina spoke at the same time.

This was too broken. No, that would be an understatement. He can see his enemies' details.

Vina shook her head and thought, 'What a genius!'

"By the way, what is Flare Clan Bloodline?"

Alan asked with a raised eyebrow.

"That is space and time manipulation." Voilet spoke with a small smile. Her shock had disappeared. No matter how much his ability was broken, it was not near Flare Clan's ability.

"That is a cheat ability." Alan spoke a she leaned his body on chair.

Voilet, Vina and Julia nodded.

"Anyway, let me tell you something. There are two status of vampires. One are common vampires that are created by noble vampires and other are noble vampires. Common vampires get their powers due to their bloodlines like noble vampires. A common vampire can become a noble vampire by making a clan or doing some contribution to Nightingale. Common vampires' children inheritance their parents' abilities and same are for noble vampires." Voilet spoke.

"Nightingale?" Alan raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, the country of vampires is called Nightingale. The country where there is only night." Voilet spoke.

Alan nodded. He then thought, 'I am a common vampire.'

Alan then looked at Voilet and asked, "So, what is the difference between a common vampire and noble vampire?"

"Their eyes."

"Eyes?"

"Yes, common vampires have only blood-red eyes while noble vampires have their original eyes and blood-red eyes." Voilet answered with a small smile.

'Or not' Alan thought.

Alan nodded and spoke, "Thanks for the information."

"One more thing, I don't know what is your common vampire ability. Only mother can answer that. But I think you are a noble vampire."

Vina nodded at Voilet words. Vina also didn't have any information. He had two abilities and that was a first. So, she she couldn't say anything about it.

Alan nodded.

Then, silence was the king there and only the whistling of the breeze could be heard.

ROAR!

A roar came from the forest that was near them. Then, more roars came.

They looked at the forest.

"Not now!" Vina spoke as she got up.

"What happened?" Alan also got up.

"Beast tide!" Voilet spoke. She also stood up.

Vina looked at the young maid, "Julia, go and alert everyone. Beast tide is coming."

Julia bowed and went to complete the orders.

Suddenly, a big monkey came out of nowhere and jumped at them.

Alan reacted and made a spear of fire. He threw it in the next moment.

The spear of fire moved at a fast speed and pierced the monkey. Monkey was engulfed in fire and died without even getting any chance to scream as he was reduced to ashes.

"Why is a forest here? And why didn't your mother clear it?" Alan asked with a frown.

Her mother would be strong as she was a vampire. She could kill them. If not that, then why were there house in a forest? They should have made the mansion after clearing it or shouldn't have made it here.

"No, actually mother wanted to train us with this. She was also the one who wanted to Flare Clan territory to be here." Vina spoke as she raised her guard to maximum and analyzed the forest.

"Hmm. This makes sense." Alan nodded.

Vina's mouth twitched a little.

How the hell it can make sense? She thought.

Her mother just wanted to train her daughters. She also made her territory here. This makes no fucking sense.

Vina wanted to say something but she didn't say as it was not the time to argue.

Voilet was with Julia to do some arrangements and call some warriors.

Vina and Alan looked at each other and nodded in unison.

As if by prior agreement, they ran toward the forest at the same time.

Alan and Vina appeared next to each other in the forest.

Vina then frowned, "This...is absurd!"

"Why?" Alan asked as he frowned like Vina.

"There are so many beasts here. There haven't been so many beasts at the same time in any of the before beast tides."
