Smith's dad and mum drove to the hospital the next morning, he met his father Me Simon billionaire business mogul and renown politician in Leeds

 He was dressed in black suit his mother was with her husband's also dressed in black .

Their keeper brought food for Smith and his wife , he had not had any food since after the attack on his wife the previous night.Jennifer had been moved from the general emergency ward to a very private and secured room

The hospital was a very big and sophisticated private hospital.

"How is your wife the both parents asked same time.

"Dad Jenny is now better all thanks to God and the Doctors.

 if you see her yesterday you not gonna believe she be alive by now I can't even explain what happened to her,it looked like a lion attacked her in the house

She's getting better but her Blood pressure is jumping up and down its not stable the Doctors are saying she's not yet out of danger ." He said with a sullen face .

The house keeper and driver were offloading provision his mom brought for her daughter in-law .

"How are my grand babies?

are they still alive?

His mom asked with a concern look on her face .

"Mummy what kinda question is that? "

Smith ask feeling a little uneasy. ''Are you wishing for my children to die? Nah nah nah ." Smith said angrily .

"No my son why are you taking it that way? The description you gave to us on the phone says it's serious,

it would be normal to expect something go wrong

 ." His mom tried to ease up her pissed son . "Am sorry if I've offended you son.

Hope the babies are doing well my son?

." She held Smith's hand , he was still visibly upset .

"Why would we want to wish bad on our first grandchildren?"

She asked with a sullen face.

"Mum my babies are very okay the doctor said they're fine, we just did the scan this morning ." Mr Simon who had been standing silently beside his wife , curved his face into a frown , his face immediately became darkened with rage

 He gnash his teeth as his wife continued the conversation with her son

his knuckles turned white as he tightened his grip on the beaded walking stick

"Take us inside let us go see her please if you don't mind

." Mr Simon commanded Smith was reluctant, he and Jennifer had argued that morning about his parents visit already she didn't want them to come see her

she was mad at him for calling his parents .

"Wait here dad, let me talk to the doctor if they would allow visitors to see her

 ." Smith said , leaving his parents in the white corridor as they stood outside the ward . He went in to see his wife,

Jennifer was still on oxygen mask .

"Doctor please may I talk to my wife in privacy?" Smith whispered to the doctor attending to Jennifer.

He nodded and left the room.

He sat next to Jennifer's bed and held her arm .

"Babe my parents are here they want to see you please

She dragged her hand off his,

kept shaking her head in rejection

 She struggled to take off the oxygen mask .

"Smith I don't want to see your parents tell them to go away." she struggled to say, a sharp severe pain hit her lungs where the beast had pressed against her ribs .

"This are my parents we're talking about Jenny

what do you mean ?" Smith asked a little bit sad and offended .

"What should I tell them ? What excuse am I gonna give them?

They are here already to see you,

see how you show your appreciation for all their love and support, if this was your parents would you ask them to go away?

" He fumed storming out of the room, he couldn't stand his wife baloney .

"Your dad... You dad..." Smith stormed out banging the door , shutting her words in, he went to to meet his parents . "The doctor said she's not ready to see anyone for now please dad ."

Smith said , his dad tightened his grip around his walking stick and chuckled , he knew his son was covering for his wife , the house keeper and driver took the provisions they had brought into her room, she closed her eyes and pretended to be fast asleep

 Smith couldn't understand why Jennifer was acting weird , he wondered iif the attack had left a contortion in her brain that had turned her to be a paranoid psychopath.

"Mr Ann his mom

 I didn't give birth to a weakling who has no control over his own wife . Is she unconscious that she cannot see us?"

Mr Simon asked his son ."You have to be a man do you know what insult this is to our face?

we left everything come here to support our sons wife this is the treatment you give to us ."Mr Simon said , and turned to leave

 "Ann let us leave this place now

He ordered and turned to go .

"Wait dad and mum , let us go , the doctors are not around now but we won't stay for long ." He said Mrs Ann and her husband nodded , they began to walk towards Jennifer's room , the door creaked open

Smith rushed in "Babe my parents are coming be of best behaviour! don't embarrass me please i won't be happy with you if..." The creaking door interrupted his warning . Mr Simon stepped into the room

, Jennifer felt an sinister cold envelop her

 it felt as if the the florescent light in her room wasn't bright enough her chest became so heavy that she struggled to breath

The blood pressure apparatus began to make all kinds of beeping noises, Mr Simon Walked to his daughter in law's bed , with a maniacal smilile on his face He touched her hand she felt an electricity current surging through her body

She pulled her hands off and retracted away from her father in-law, heart raising like a horse hoof at a battle ground.
