Clark was dumbfounded as vera announced that she was pregnant to his mother,he actually remembered her to be the lady he almost knocked down with his vehicle. Clark wasn't expecting vera to play such a prank on him.

"Mum,she is lying to you,"clark tried to convince his mother about what vera said earlier.

"How could you still say she isn't pregnant with your child?"mum yelled.

"She is a crazy lady,"clark said and left the house.

"am sorry about his rude behavior dear,"clark mum said to vera.

"he is right ma,am not pregnant for him it was just a prank,"vera said then she explain everything that happened between her and clark.

"I just wanted to teach him a lesson for almost running me over and also for calling me one of his desperate fan,"vera added.

"I know that you weren't pregnant dear,"clark mum laugh out.

"you knew then why didn't you say anything?"vera asked.

"I didn't say anything because I saw how pissed my son was and I will say you are something else dear and I like that about you,"clark mum said.

"Iam soo sorry ma'am,"vera apologize once again.

"it fine dear, what your name dear?"clark mum asked.

"Am vera ma'am,"vera replied.

"it is nice meeting you vera and you should stop calling me ma'am,my name is camille,"camille said.

"okay,"vera replied.

Camille and vera discussed for more than three hours,they seems to like each other presence.

"I will be on my way camille,"vera said and stood up.

"Am going to miss you dear,it nice meeting you vera,"camille replied.

"it is nice meeting you too,"vera answered and left the mansion.

**{THE NEXT DAY}**

Vera arrived at her work place, immediately she arrived at work, the manager informed them that they have a new boss and he is going to come over to the hotel.

"I wonder who our new boss is?"Sabrina said.

"I just hope he is someone nice,"vera added.

"are you done with cleaning the office?"the manager yelled at one of the staff who was in charge of cleaning the boss office.

"no sir,"she replied.

"get back to work,he will be here in a minute,"the manager yelled.

"it seems our boss is someone who doesn't take shit,"vera said as she watches how the manager is yelling.

"I heard he is cold-hearted," Sabrina added.

"Stop gossiping and get back to work,"the manager yelled as he sight vera and sabrina wisphering.

Some minutes later,a car arrived at the front of the hotel,the driver step out of the car then he walk to the other side of the car and open the car for his boss to step out. A handsome, goodlooking man step out of the car and arrange his suit then walk straight into the hotel.

"Welcome boss,"the manager greeted him immediately he walked into the hotel.

"Welcome boss,"all the employees chorus.

He nod his head as they all greet him then he walk to his office with the manager trailing behind him.

"This is your office sir,"the manager said as they step into the office.

"Get me a cup of coffee,"he said coldly. The manager hurriedly left to get someone who could help him prepare his coffee.

"Vera the boss needs coffee so prepare one for him,"the manager said as he sighted vera.

"yes sir,"vera replied.

Few minutes later,vera was done preparing the coffee so she head straight to his office to give him his coffee.

"Here is your coffee sir,"vera announce as she entered his office.

"Just drop it and leave,"he said and raise up his head.

"You,"vera yelled.

"We meet again,"he smirks....

The whole shareholders of the maxwell company are seen having a meeting, everyone of them have a solution for the problem the company is facing and their boss lious maxwell listens attentively and by his side is his secretary Ella Recce. The meeting lasted for three hours after they all agreed to the same solution.

"Finally they agreed to the same solution,"Ella said immediately the shareholders step out of the meeting room.

"And it all thanks to you Ella for your brilliant idea,"lious replied.

"It actually nothing lious,"Ella said.

"well it is,"lious replied.

They both left the meeting room for their office, lious buried himself in work without taking a break,he tried contacting most of the investors who is ready to invest in the business.

"You should at least take a break for a minute,"Ella said as she step into his office and meet him working.

"I need to get a company who is ready to invest in our business,"lious replied.

"Am sure you will find one,here have something to eat,"ella said and handed him a flasks of food.

"I prepare it myself,"Ella added.

"Wow,am sure it will be delicious,"lious said and take the food,he open it and smile then he begin to eat.
