NEXT MORNING**

AT LIOUS APARTMENT

Lious opened the door with a tray in his hand, he dropped it on the bedside stool. He moved closer to Ella, who was still sleeping and pecked her lips making her stir up.
"Good morning Beauty" He smiled
"Is it morning already?" She yawned sitting up on the bed
He took the tray and placed it on her laps making her gaps in surprise. Tears had filled her eyes already making him worried
"Is something wrong with the food? Did I offend you?" He queried his face filled with concern
She shook her head trying to wipe her tears with her hand. She pulled him into a hug
"I've never been served breakfast in bed before...
Thank you so much Lious" She muttered
"I'll do anything for the woman I love, it's fine. Stop crying now..... you're scaring me" He whispered back
"I love you too" She replied making him surprised
He pulled out of the hug and stared at her lovingly
"Repeat what you just said" He uttered
"I love you Lious" She pouted and a smiled spread on his face.
"I love you too Ella" He said showering kisses on her face making her giggle
"You should eat up we have a lot to do when you're done" He added
"Things like what?"
"Things couples do" He whispered in her ears making her freeze.
"You're so naughty" She laughed pushing him away
A knock sounded on the door
"Who's that?" Lious inquiered
"A lady is here to see you, she says her name is vera" The guard said from outside
"Vera" Ella called loudly setting the tray aside she stood up from the bed and rushed outside.
"Bestie" She called rushing to hug Vera
"I'm really your bestie Huh? And you didn't bother to call? It's been long we communicated, I didn't see you at home and I had the hunch that you would be here so I came for you" Vera uttered
"I'm sorry about that..... Lious thinks it's safer staying with him. My life is in danger and I don't know who is after me,I just got discharged from the hospital" Ella explained
"Someone is after you? How are you feeling now? hope you are not hurt anywhere? is he taking good care of you?" Vera rushed all at once.
" Sure..... He's my boyfriend now" Ella said, bringing down her voice at the last part
"Really!!!?" She screamed with widened eyes
"Bring your voice down" Ella uttered shyly
"I'm happy for you.... I guess it remains me" Vera pouted sadly
"You have someone you like?"
"Yeah.... my boss but I'm sure that nuthead can't notice me"
Just then her phone pinged and Ella brought it out to check. It's a message from Ryan asking her to meet him.

"Good morning boss,"Vera greeted immediately she step into clark's office.
"Morning,"Clark replied and Vera stared at him shockingly because this was the first time he reply to her greetings.
"It seems someone woke up in the right side of his bed,"Vera muttered to herself and Clark stares at her and shakes his head.
"Are you going to tell me my schedule today or not?"Clark said.
"You have a meeting with Lious Maxwell,"Vera replied.
"Cancel it,I don't want to have anything to do with the Maxwell,"Clark said coldly immediately Vera told him about his schedule.
"But lious is a very nice guy,"Vera replied.
"I don't care about that, cancel the meeting,I don't want to have anything to do with him,"Clark yelled and grit his teeth frustratedly while Vera just stared at him.
"Why does he get angry anytime I mention lious's name?What could have happened between them?" Vera muttered to herself.

AT LIA'S MANSION

"that witch is alive,"Lia yelled and scratch her hair frustrated.
"Well if you haven't showed up at lious's house,things won't be worse now,"florence replied and Lia gave her a hard glare.
"I tried everything to get rid of that bitch but it always fail,"Lia said.
"You should know by now that they are destined for each other so why not let her be?"florence replied and Lia gave her a hard slap on the face.
"Lious is mine alone,"Lia yelled.
"How dare you slap me?"florence yelled.
"Am the boss here,"Lia yelled back and florence just stare at her then she left her apartment.
"That bitch,who does she think she is? I just decide to help her,"Lia muttered to herself.
"I will need to get rid of her...

"How are you feeling now Ella?"Ryan asked.
"Am fine,"Ella replied.
"that good news,"Ryan smiled.
"Why did you ask me to meet you?"Ella asked curiously.
"there is something I will like to tell you,"Ryan replied.
"what is it?"Ella asked.
"I think am falling for you Ella,"Ryan said and Ella gasps in shock.

"I can't believe my best friend is finally in love,"Leo said and lious just stare at him.
"dude this is the tenth times you are saying this today,"lious replied.
"it soo hard to believe dude, lious the sex freak is now in love,"Leo laugh out.
"Well am sure you will soon experience something like this,"lious replied.
"when is your parent coming back?"Leo asked.
"they will arrive by tomorrow,"lious replied.

"How was work today at work?"Camille said.
"it was fine mum,"Clark replied.
"Hope you did not bully Vera?"Camille asked.
"I didn't mum,"Clark replied.
"That good,"Camille said.
"Mum,there is something I need to tell you,"Clark replied.
"What is it?"Camille asked curiously.
"The Maxwell are in the state and their son is the one managing their company,"Clark said.
