Jonathan had a discussion with his father

His Excellency Hudson, sitting in his special seat, was going through his cell phone, which contained much information, and hearing much of what Christopher had been saying in the press. He asked after the greeting. "I don't think we have something to talk about, because you haven't for once tried being reasonable or following my steps." He said to him. Jonathan became surprised; he thought that Hudson will now give him some listening ears since he has Olivia to gain his career. "Father, I have to be a responsible son to you. I play my role as the president's son, supporting you and not trying to act incompetent because my father is a president." No, instead I chooses to work on my career, which made me whom I am today. Then why are you using such unpleasant words on me? He asked him while standing.

Hudson looked at him, noticing how serious he was becoming with the word. "Yes, you do, but you see, son, there is more to this." He hisses and continues watching what is going on in his phone. Now Jonathan sat with his hands in his laps. " Father, I appreciate your effort alot towards me and how kindly you acted when it come to the point of convincing Olivia into becoming my wife. But I am not really pleased with how you have decided to bring her in front of Christopher, who everyone knows how influential he is in Alabama. He spoke. One of the reasons for his complaint was that, with the influence of Christopher and his intention of becoming the next Alabama governor. Olivia would start seeing his father as a betrayer, just as she had conceived in her mind, and as such, start affecting his marriage. He knows quite well that she never liked him, much less loved him. So with the look of things, she will begin to show much interest in Hudson. This was where Hudson dropped his phone. He stood up with the veins around him, and to him, if Jonathan was to be an ant, he would have just smashed him. "You must be out of your senses; as long as you have refused to dance to my tone, then be ready to face the consequences. I, Hudson, control your home. I decide to her what to do and when to do it. "Now, leave my presence before I descend on you." He pointed at the entrance to Jonathan room. "I will go no where until you take your hands off my family; this is becoming too much, and with time, she will see me as an irresponsible man whose father made most of his decisions and then use them regularly on me." He sounded. "Isn't it proving that you are not capable, and before you leave, thank her for accepting to marry you, or else I could have taken from your allowances as my son, including the job?" He yelled at him.

"Father, this gets me mad; today is my mother, and tomorrow is you." The both of you are really putting hell on me. Speaking of taking my allowance off of you, dad, you have every right to do so, but for the job, father, I have worked for it. So I plead with both of you: give me less stress." He paused, waiting for his father's actions. Hudson didn't say more words; he almost ran out of patience until he was interrupted by Sharlene, who was actually on her way toward him. "What the hell is going on here?" She asked. "You both are about tearing down this building; the sounds of your conversation almost caused my heart to break." She said. Hudson turned to her; he was short on words, so he shook his head and said "Warn your son," whereupon he left the room. "Mother, I have tolerated dad a lot; the man claims to be the one controlling my family." He complained to her. "Isn't it obvious that he does?" Yes, I thought as much before saying this, and this is one of the reasons why I never wanted to accept her as my daughter-in-law. "Left for me, she doesn't deserve to be your wife." She responded. Let Jonathan regret about marrying Olivia never cross his path at that time, but the fear of the future kept ringing around him. He felt like speaking more sense to his father and convincing Olivia to slow down the speed of her career. "Whatever you think within you now is too late, you see, Hudson is your father; he is a hard nut to crack, meaning you can't bend his words." she said to him. "If I should advise you, son, go speak to your wife properly, and above all, pray she gets to tell me the truth about her miscarriage, or else she will have me contest with her." She warned him. The more this keeps coming, the more he becomes so confused. He thought of where to start, but it was so difficult. "You both will hear from me." He said angrily to her, and he tried making a move when she drew him back onto his hands and said: "I am your mother and I won't lead you to the part way." She advices him on how to go with the situation, again, the love he had for Olivia have overshadowed any attempt of sin she commit.
