WARNING: [R-18] SOME CHAPTERS INCLUDES MATURE CONTENT “I will give you anything you want. But in exchange, you will give me anything I want. Your time, your body, and your life. All of you will be mine.” It was an offer she couldn’t resist. An agreement with no strings attached. And a love she should never have. She’s the illegitimate daughter of a business tycoon, so she was mistreated and was never allowed to use her father’s last name. The last thing Amelia Lane wanted was to cross paths with her half-sister, but fate was never kind to her. After a series of unfortunate events, which she believed caused by her half-sister Ruby, she had no choice but to work in a strip club where she met Nicholas Hudson, the wealthiest man in the country. He was every woman’s dream, and she wouldn’t deny the fact that she was one of those women. He bought her virginity for five million dollars, but on the day of their first night, another unfortunate event happened to her. Two years later, he was still a regular client of the club where she worked as a scarlet, and he couldn't forget his desire for Amelia Lane. Amelia's misfortune had always been following her for the past two years. She was desperate to get out of her fucked up life and was willing to be with any man as long as he could take her away from the club. So when Nicholas offered her an indecent proposal, she was blown away and speechless. Who wouldn’t accept an offer from him? He got everything a woman ever wanted. Money. Fame. Power. Good-Looks. But there’s only one problem… He was already married. But regardless, he was her only way out. She wanted to have a comfortable life and take revenge on the people who mistreated her. And agreeing to be Nicholas’ legal mistress was her best option. A forbidden affair. A sin that could never be forgiven. And a love that should never be. *************************** Excerpt: "I warned you before to stay away from Nicholas." Sabrina Hale looked at her with disgust. "I remembered that. But did I tell you if I will follow what you said? I don't even know who you are." Her eyes flickered with defiance. "I am his wife!" "Exactly. That's the reason I chose to be his mistress." She stared straight at Sabrina without a flinch. The thirty nine year old woman laughed bitterly. "If you keep this up, it won't end well for you." It was a warning. Sabrina Hale did everything to be Nicholas Hudson's wife so Amelia knew that making her an enemy was never a good idea. But she didn't care. "You know very well that I have your husband's heart. And what do you have? Just a piece of trash signed by him. Don't forget, I know what you did two years ago so your threat won't work with me anymore." ************************* Cover photo not mine. Be My Mistress

Mia didn't know what to feel. She had a mixture of hatred, anger and fear toward Sabrina and the people watching them.

She could sense the confused reaction and curiosity of the guests as they searched for the girl who was being called by the host.

"You can do this. If you walk out, Sabrina would rejoice because that's what she wants." Ady whispered.

Then Skylar turned to her with a smile on his face.

"Go and show them you're not a loser. Will you let Sabrina enjoy this evening?"

She frowned. Why was he encouraging her? Then she heard the host calling her again. She knew she had no choice but to join them.

Her chest was starting to feel so tight, but she had to stand up and walk closer to the couple. She took a deep breath and smiled. All eyes were on her as she got closer.

They were curious about her because she was a stranger to them. But she was stunning. Her aura and charisma spoke of class and sophistication. No one could tell her that she wasn't from the upper class.

Her tiny waist and curvy hips swayed as she stepped closer at the center. The men were mesmerized by her glittering obsidian eyes. Her full, luscious lips exuded confidence and sensuality, making them fixated on her.

"Who is she? Do you know her?"

She would love to introduce herself to everyone when she heard the chatter from the guests. But what would she tell them? That she was the illegitimate daughter of Harry Grayson? Or that she was a scarlet of Club Montefalco and Nicholas was her client? She thought inwardly.

"Hi, you are so beautiful and freaking hot my dear Amelia! Can you tell us a little about yourself? I bet all the men here are dying to know about you." The host asked.

She was trembling of course, but she would never let Sabrina see her weakness.

"Hi everyone! I'm Amelia Lane. I can see the curious faces of all the guests here. Well, to answer your curiosity, I am a special friend of Mr.Nicholas Hudson."

The whispers from the crowd became louder as she began to introduce herself because she reiterated the word special.

"I thought you're the bride's friend." The host chuckled.

"Not really. This is the first time we met. Right, Miss Hale?" She smiled, looking at Sabrina.

"It's Mrs.Hudson now, Miss Lane."

Sabrina's eyes were fuming with anger and Mia noticed her lips curved, trying her best to keep calm.

She smirked. "Oh, sorry. I thought you're his older sister."

Her sarcastic response made everyone laugh, making Sabrina grit her teeth.

Mia glanced at Nicholas who was quietly staring at her. She felt her heart was being stabbed when she saw a shade of disappointment all over his face. Was he mad because she was humiliating Sabrina? But how about her feelings?

Come on, Mia! She's the wife, and you're a nobody. She thought to herself.

She didn't notice how the tossing of the bouquet ended. She found herself at the rooftop of the hotel to get some air as she felt suffocated after everything.

She was already expecting to cry, but for some reason there were no tears. All she could do was take a sigh.

And to lessen the tension, she took a cigarette from her purse and lit it up. She didn't know how to smoke before, but Mama taught her. She was against it but she had to learn because of her work.

For the past three months, smoking became her habit to cope up with her depression and stress. She had to have something that she could do even when she's alone.

She looked at the dark sky and blew the smoke from the cigarette. It was indeed a great night. The moon was shining brightly, and the stars that looked like fireflies were sparkling around it.

She was startled when someone grabbed and pulled her arm. But when she saw it was Nicholas, she was stunned.

"Why are you here?" He asked in a firm voice.

She frowned. "Why? Someone invited me. So here I am."

"What? Who invited you? You're not on our guest list!"

She chuckled. "Then why don't you ask your wife?" She said, snatching her arm away from him.

"Leave." He said.

She threw the cigarette and turned to stare at him.

"Where were you?" She asked.

"What do you mean where was I?" Nicholas frowned.

"That day. You said you'll pick me up, but you didn't show up."

She wasn't sure if that was the best time to talk about it, but she had to ask him.

"It's been three months and you never showed up. Then I received an invitation to your wedding. I know you're married now, but I just want to know what happened."

Nicholas still didn't answer. He was just staring straight at her, and it was frustrating her. She was about to cry, but Nicholas' words took her by surprise.

"Be my mistress."

"Y–Your what?"

Did she hear him correctly? He was asking her to be his mistress?

"I'm married now so I can't do anything about it. So be my mistress." He repeated.

"What are you talking about? Are you crazy?" She exclaimed.

"No, I'm not! If you agree, I will give you anything you want. But in exchange, you will give me anything I want. Your time, your body, and your life. All of you will be mine."

Her heart was flooded with disappointment toward him. How could he ask her to be his mistress on the night of his wedding?

"Do you even know what you're asking?"

"Yes! I—"

"No, stop! Are you asking me because you think that I am still a virgin?" She chuckled. "Sorry to disappoint you, Mr.Hudson. But I lost my virginity three months ago. I was raped because you didn't show up that day!"

She had to tell him to see his reaction. If he would accept her despite everything that happened to her, then maybe she would agree with his offer. But if not, maybe it's time to let him go.
