Kate's POV
While I was in the taxi, I first thought about not going home to my apartment right now, I wanted to think first. I thought of going to the park where I thought I could think straight. So, the taxi driver dropped me off at the park instead, it's close to my apartment so I won't have any trouble getting home.
As I was walking at the park, I noticed a man sitting on a swing while he was smoking. I couldn't see his face because the man was wearing a cap. I kept thinking twice whether I should go closer to him or just leave. I was about to turn away when he suddenly look at me. Suddenly, I got nervous, I quickly ran out of the park but he still caught me and grabbed my arm.
"Hey, Kate, wait," said the man. I was surprised by what he said, how did he know me? And how did he know my name. So, I turned to him and I was surprised that this man was Daniel.
"Daniel? What are you doing here?" I asked in surprise.
