Chapter Ten

"Stop pacing around and sit your ass down," Liam said in a bored tone as he kept flipping through the channels at my house.

"How the fuck are you so calm? We might get the results through mail any second now!" I exclaimed and he rolled his eyes like he was least bothered about it.

"We both know that you are obviously gonna get the internship so stop worrying too much, if anything, I'm the one who should be freaking out," he replied, patting the seat next to him. He was right and I relaxed a bit. I know I studied so hard and did well but still, I was freaking out of my mind.

"Why aren't you worried?" I asked curiously as I sat down beside him.

"Because I'm not interested, Em. I studied only for you and it doesn't matter if I get or not," he shrugged and stuffed his face with Pringles. God, he was such a pig sometimes.

"But I want you to get it, Liam," I said in annoyance and nudged him.
