POV Julián Kingscrown
And I'm lost, damn it, I've been at this for two weeks now, I thought it wouldn't take so long, and this amulet hasn't reacted once.
The only ones who seem happy are Rex and Ingram, they seem like they've never lived in the forest or that I never take them out "hah I'm tired"
I got off Rex to rest after several hours of searching, my rations will last another week, from then on I'll have to hunt and be careful about what I consume.
Fortunately, Ingram is very useful, after that black Rapacious Alicanto began to evolve, its feathers changed to a very light and vivid green color, it seems to still retain some of its lightning mana, it has some yellow spots, its tail extended and branched into a series of tails, and its facial features changed.
But that's just the physical part, because magically it can use its mana to probe a specific area with its wind in a 10-meter radius, in addition to launching wind blades and some electric currents, which are weak compared to a B, A, or S class, but it's valuable that it can do so.
That gave it many points as an explorer, fortunately I decided to help it reach class C before going out to look for Silvia, it was 2 months of hard work for that, but the result is surprising and it seems that it can grow more like Rex.
And yet we haven't found Silvia's hideout, not even a clue.
Could it be that the map the author published was different from reality? I was frustrated, I didn't think it would be easy, but now it seems like an impossible mission, I decided to stop thinking and wait to set up camp, since Ingram would alert us if there were other humans or elves in the area.
The search continues for two more weeks, I was beginning to think about retreat, it had been a whole month and there were no traces of anything.
I was walking on a bed of rocks next to a small waterfall to collect water and purify it, just at that moment my feet tripped, I fell on a puddle that was diagonal to me and I got wet "ahhhhhh why is it so difficult"
Just at that moment I heard the voice that I had been looking for in my mind
"Ha ha ha ha little one, don't you get bored of playing survival in the woods"

POV Silvia Indrath
I've been here for a few months, after escaping from Agrona and hiding in Dicathen
I know I don't have much time left, I have a fatal wound and I can't heal it in any way after all my arts of Eter are based on Spatium and Aevum
I'm not as skilled as my mother in the arts of ether Vivum, I knew better than anyone, that a year and a few months would be all I was allowed to be in this world, but I wanted to pass on my will and my daughter to someone I could trust before that happened, but I hadn't found anyone yet
After a few more weeks of hiding here in this cave, I saw a little boy of about four or five years old riding on a wolf with intense red fur; I had never seen anything like that mana beast, but I knew it had great potential for growth, it caught my attention that such a small boy was riding it and wandering through the woods,
The mana beast seemed very obedient even though they had no bond formed and followed his instructions, but it used to steal some food from the boy when he wasn't looking, it was very funny to see when the boy realized and started running after the wolf to hit him with his sheathed sword, another thing that surprised me was that the boy had already awakened and seemed very skilled in his mana control, but that was just the tip of the iceberg, I could see him use several elements to enhance himself, including some deviated ones, his affinity with mana was tremendous and the mana fluctuating uniquely around him was astonishing, but his body couldn't keep up with him
He still had to develop to show all his potential, but he was a promising prospect and gradually he was getting closer to the heir I wanted, I kept watching him for some time
Along with them there was another mana beast, this time a bird, but with a much more exquisite appearance than the normal ones, if the Wolf looked like a tyrant, the Bird looked like an Empress with her emerald green feathers and her endings on the tail and head gave her a majestic impression
That Bird also had great potential for growth, where did that little boy get those two mana beasts so special and besides he was already an awakened mage with a control that many adults on this continent would dream of having
I was very surprised by what I followed, watching the boy to try to get answers, so I lasted four weeks watching him harass the slavers who wandered through the woods and helping some elves or humans he saw
But it seemed that he was looking for something or someone, as he constantly moved in circles around the area checking the rock formations, this boy, somehow, seemed to know that I was here and was looking for me
I was a bit worried because that shouldn't be possible, I didn't know anyone on this continent yet and even less they should know the area where I stay
I thought it might be some envoy from my father Kezess or Agrona looking for me pretending to be a minor, but after watching him for two and a half weeks I was completely sure
This boy didn't come from either of them, he was a completely normal human, with a great affinity and talent for mana, at least on the surface, but it was obvious that he was anything but common
He also made me laugh many times with his situations, where the wolf constantly tried to get the bigger part of the food and his efforts to look calm when he couldn't find me, besides ending up tripping because he couldn't control his short limbs very well, like now in that waterfall
That's why I decided to trust him, bring him here to find out why he was looking for me, if I could I wanted to teach him some things that he didn't know and could help him in the future
Besides, depending on his actions, maybe pass on my will and my daughter to him

POV Julian Kingscrown
After hearing that voice in my head, a smile formed on my face
"I don't know what you're talking about, miss, I'm just a poor boy lost in the woods" I said waving my arms in denial, while looking around for her
"You don't seem surprised at all, you're very calm to be talking to a voice in your head" Silvia said in a mocking tone
"My grandmother does quite unusual rituals at home sometimes, so I might be going crazy" I replied in a mocking tone too
"Ha ha ha ha you're a very bad liar you know, although you might be crazy for your age; after all looking for me for just over two weeks, while harassing some groups of slavers to free elves and humans is not something that someone normal your age would do" she said laughing
My body stiffened, I didn't think she would watch me for so long, but it wasn't so bad after all I came here looking for her
"How could this little boy know about you miss" I said in a condescending tone
"You're terrible at lying, maybe you fool others, but not me and wow you were right, after all you were looking for me, besides you knew I was here" she said in a cautious tone
"Okay I give up, I was looking for you" I replied in a tone of resignation raising my hands in surrender, after all I didn't want to be rude to her
"I have my ways to know about you, but I swear I don't come with the intention of hurting you, I'm looking for your guidance and wisdom, besides being able to meet you" I said quickly to avoid her leaving for fear that I might be a threat
"You talk as if you know who or what I am" she said again this time, but in a curious tone
"I know some things, but this is not the best place to say them, if you're worried that I'll hurt you if I find your dwelling, you can rest assured, I'm willing to make any kind of deal with you to compensate you" I said bowing in a sign of respect
"Hmmm you're not a normal child; I knew it since I saw you for the first time wandering through the woods, but this time I feel like I'm talking to someone much older" She said in a thoughtful tone
I waited for seconds that seemed eternal, until I heard her voice again
"Alright, I'll guide you to my dwelling and bring those two mana beasts that are with you" she said in an interested tone
She showed me her dwelling in a mental flashback that passed through my mind, just as she did with Arthur in the novel
I started heading there when Ingram came back and we arrived at dusk before it got dark
And we entered through the grotto where I assumed she was
When I fell deeply into the cave I landed gracefully by infusing wind into my legs and fell on one knee, presenting my respects to Silvia as a noble would to the king, but there was a problem and it was that she was facing away from me, damn why nothing goes well for me lately
"Fascinating; your control and correct timing of execution in the use of your mana, as well as your adaptability to unforeseen situations, everything was perfect, it's a pity that your body and core still can't keep up with you" she said in a playful tone
Ufff it seems that she didn't notice anything "I thank you very much for your words miss" I said turning around with a smile bowing
"Do you want to try falling again this time looking at me?" She replied in a playful tone
My face turned red with embarrassment, clearly she was going to notice, I cursed myself for my own naivety
"It's not necessary" I said trying to look less affected by my mistake
"Ha ha ha ha you're very funny boy" she said
I didn't expect this, but Silvia seemed to be a quite cheerful person unlike the little that was seen of her in the novel, she definitely conveys the feeling of warmth and calmness that benevolent people have
"Well, I'm not going to bother you anymore, since you seem very embarrassed, instead, I'm very curious to know why you're looking for me and how you knew I was here" Silvia expressed in an interrogative tone
Since I decided to meet Silvia before her eventual death, I was imagining the pros and cons of telling her what I knew, it could be dangerous to do so, but, I wanted to trust probably the only person of the Indrath clan who looked favorably on the lesser beings
Besides, I could learn a little more about Agrona and Kezess through her, that's why I decided to tell her what I knew about this world, how it was part in my old life of a tragic novel and my intentions of wanting to save them, maybe even she knew, who or what really brought me to this world
After finishing telling her, that this world was part of a novel, with some details that no one else knew, without revealing too much information about the future, especially the one related to Silvie and Arthur, besides telling her that I wanted to do something to change the fate that awaited this world
She was thinking for a long time, while looking me in the eyes, as if she was stripping my soul, to know whether to believe me or not
"You know, I tried to see some things about you with my abilities, but I couldn't find anything, you're surrounded by a kind of black veil, that's how you look in my eyes every time I try to see through you, but I can see that you were indeed not from this world in your previous life, that's why I'm going to believe you" she said looking me straight in the eyes
"But still I want to ask you, why do you want to help save this world?, what do you gain by doing so? Why risk and give it all for this world?", she said in an authoritative tone and with the pressure that only transcendental beings like her can exert
Well guys here the author with another cap, personally I want to explore a little more characters like Silvia's and that's why I wanted to capture her character better I hope you enjoy it
By the way I also left an image of what Ingram looks like credits to its author, besides who can guess where he is from
