Chapter 60- Shi Xue

After giving Qi Wing a lesson, the graceful lady walked out with a queen like aura. A man in his t-shirt and sweatpants was waiting for her by the car. She smiled beautifully as she hopped into the man's arms "Shen Qi!" He smiled and hugged her back. Her body emitted a sweet lily scent that made him feel relaxed. "Hui Yan! It's so late now. You're wearing so little too!" he quickly retrieved a jacket from his car and wrapped it around her shoulders.

"hehe, if I don't dress like this and call you over, how could I wear your jacket?"

"mm, you're always this teasing since we were kids. Hurry and get in! your parents would be worried if you're home too late" he opened the door for her to get in.

She smiled sweetly as she thought "Silly, when will you realize that you're the only one I tease"

Shen Qi noticed her pulling his jacket closer to her body and quickly turned the heat higher.

"What would you do if one day I don't answer to your calls?"

She looked at the man whose driver with an intimidating smile, "That day will never come"

"How would you know that?"

"I just do" she stuck her tongue out towards him like a kid as he laughed from her childish behavior.

"Because you'll definitely be mine in the future" she thought to herself.

Inside Zhi Hei's car, heartily laughters could be heard. Shi Xue was snickering uncontrollably as Zhi Hei looked at her smiling lovingly. He kept the adorable girl who is smiling happily in his arms.

Seeing her so happy, he felt that nothing in this world could be as priceless as her smile.

He kissed her forehead dotingly as he asked "Why did you go against that couple?"

Shi Xue playfully drew circles on his chest as she replied, "I just don't like them."

"you don't like them?"

"mmm, more like I hate them to the moon and back."

"why?" he asked questionably to see if she remembered something from the past.

"I'm not too sure myself, but when I overheard the conversation in the restroom, I felt anger rush through my blood. My heart feels better after trolling with them in the party. hehe"

"mm, as long as you feel happy, I'll always support you"

"Even if I'm being ridiculous?"

He chuckled, "what you say, goes"

Meanwhile... in a Royal Bradsmere apartment...

"AHHHHHH THAT BITCH AHHHH" *CRASH*

"Calm down!!"

"What do you mean calm down?? Do you know how humiliated I was?"

"That's because you wanted the prize."

"Are you saying that it's my fault?? I was doing it for us! Who knew the host would team up with them?"

Her body trembled strenuously after hearing his words. She was crazily angered by his cold words."I did this all for us and you dare say this about me? right, i've always been this way, only Shi Xue would listen and be obedient. if it wasn't for me and my ways you would still be a nobody! don't forget this point." she slammed the door as she exited the apartment.

Sigh... Ku Ze Yang watched as the spoiled girlfriend of his left the apartment, yet he no longer wished to run after her anymore. He was getting tired of her bragging manners and two faced personality. Suddenly, he felt an emptiness erupt inside of him..

When he closed his eyes, the lady with the masquerade mask from tonight's party flashed into his mind and he chanted "Shi..Xue.." *gasp* What am I thinking about? Shi Xue's gone, that woman only reminded me of her!

Outside the apartment, Qi Wing's hand clenched into a fist as she kicked the walls of the building. Seeing that Ze Yang didn't chase after her like all the other times that he would, her heart turned cold. "Ku Ze Yang! Is this how it is? after making me a used slipper you're going to toss me to the side? you're mine.. mine alone!"

She took a cab to a nearby bar and ordered 15 shots. Normally, her alcohol tolerance is extremely high that she could handle many shots. But today, she was very upset that after her 5th shot, her head was down at the bar. The bartender saw that the miss was drunk and many men had dirty looks on their faces. He quickly dialed ku Ze Yang's number to inform him of the location and the drunk miss.

"Alright, I'll be there in 15 minutes. Please keep watch on her before I get there. Thank you." Ze Yang knew that Qi Wing would throw her attitude and run off to bars so everywhere she went he would leave them his contact information. It comes in very handy....

The drunken Qi Wing murmured "Ku Ze Yang, you used to chase after me whenever I get angry and leave. Then you would comfort me and hug me... Did your love for me really change already? It hasn't even been a year since Shi Xue died...why..."

After ending the call, Ze Yang spaced out for a few seconds before grabbing his keys to head to the nearby bar. When he got there, he paid for the drinks before carrying her to the car. Qi Wing's eyes opened and she wrapped her arms around his neck as she cried "Ze Yang.. do you not love me anymore? " He sighed as he looked at the gloomy night with no stars or moon in sight...

After settling Qi Wing in the master bedroom, Ze Yang threw himself onto the couch in the living room. He looked at the half destroyed apartment and closed his eyes as he reminisced the past...
