Beginning

"That should be my initial plans"

I had created plans regarding which skills I should collect and which I should give out, I knew despite being the Author I was not omnipotent, with me being here things are bound to be different than what was to be expected.

"Now let's review the history"

Even though I knew the history I had to at least made sure that there should be no difference in the history right before I had arrived, and as to be expected everything was still the same.

The war of the planes had waged on for centuries now and it had only affected earth for about half a century now, the date today was December 29 2087. Their war escalated so much that they dragged earth it into giving Humans 'Mana' making almost everyone viable to join the war, though some Humans Joined the Demons, majority of the Human's sided with the Angels, I made it sure that neither side was winning nor losing yet in the early stages.

This place was called Utopia, because of the war, some of the continents were destroyed, but there were some that were newly formed, due to this Humanity, who sided with the angels created one big civilization as to be safe and unified, but that was total bull, it couldn't be helped that there will always be cracks.

Currently we were on the East side rather they called this place the East Gate. The East gate compromised of the two Academies, Invidia and Superbia, the West Gate only had Ira, The north had Gula, The south had Avaritia and Acedia and inside the gates which was the capital was Luxuria.

It was kinda Ironic how I named the academies but in the story the Angels didn't mind as they thought it was a reminder on what sins we should remember not to make.

The people had the standard professions, Archers, Swordsman, you name it there were some variants though but this time, I knew I was a battle mage, I knew I had to be greedy in both my Melee Arts and spells and currently I had already selected one art that I had to get no matter what, and getting it was easy as eating.

"Hello Mom?"

As soon as the phone connected

"Oh Eun-woo? what is it? is there someone bullying you? quick tell me and I'll make them disappear!"

I flinched as soon as I heard the last part, I knew they were capable of doing it without a second thought and both of them were eager to move their legs but they don't want to since they want to rest.

Song Ye-Jun, that was my mother, one of the top duelists on Earth, she had a cold aura that surrounded her if you didn't know her personally, she along with my Father Park Han-gyeol, would die defending the East gate which would prompt the start of the last arc of the novel.

"None so far, I'll tell you though if I have any problems, actually I'm here to ask a favor"

"What is it? If I knew it could be solved by money your allowance or your Sister would be able to do that, since you called me that means it can't be solved by money..."

shortly after a pause

"All right, what skill do you want"

Even though this was the first time I interacted with my Mother she already knew why I called her, well Skill books to her are just trash since she's stands at the apex.

"The Dark Star"

I told my mother who didn't reply, after a long period of silence.

"I'll personally beat you down if you don't show results by the end of the month"

This time it wasn't my mother who replied but a deep voice, I knew it was my father, he was known as a commander in the battlefield though he's mellowed down ever since he lost his arm during the crusade in which humanity tried to reclaim a continent. Ever since then he had trained Seung-ho how to survive.

"Thanks, I love you both"

"We love you too, by the way tell me when we'll we be expecting our grandchild all right? by the next time you call I hope you'll tell us when they'll be born!"

I chuckled a bit before cutting them off.

[ The Dark Star ] was somewhat a fraudulent skill that my father hid, it was a spell that he couldn't use and dreamt of being able to

The Dark Star : Coats any matter with Dark Cosmic energy.

Is what I remembered since It was just a random skill That didn't have any significance in the story, but I know it's grade was [EX] and that skills with Dark Cosmic Energy were almost non existent.

It was insignificant for now as Cosmic Energy was only available or rather discovered at the end of the novel where the protagonist does his last stand against the demons.

Dark Cosmic Energy on the other hand, I knew how to channel it and since I have the resources I might as well use fraudulent skills.

_

It was late at night I had received the skill book, and as soon as I opened it Information began to arrive in my mind.

It wasn't painful as expected since I had fulfilled the conditions on how to learn it, I was at the rooftop of the building, though the building is owned by my family, and is a 100 Story drop, my Sister had bodyguards guard the door at the rooftop as I told her what I had planned to do.

As I carefully look at the stars, I drew a symbol according to the skill book and gathered my Mana at the tip of my fingers.

Then I drew a bit of blood from my other hand by biting it, with a small amount of blood on my left hand and mana on my finger tip at the right hand, I placed a drop of blood on the Katana in front of me.

As soon as the drop of blood on the symbol engraved on it, I then traced the symbol with my Mana, as soon as I did, the mana gathered on my tip started to change color.

Mana would usually be blue, in some cases it would be red but that would mean the user is using his last reserves that would make him faint shortly after exhausting it, but mine turned to purple.

The Changing of Mana dictated that I had gathered Dark Cosmic Energy already, though it was still a low amount.

'Maybe my luck played a part in this?'

I then grabbed the Katana in front of me and covered it with dark cosmic energy.

Shortly after I did it I could feel that I was also running out of Mana, I didn't mind as there were guards outside that would come take me, I told them that if I didn't come back after a certain amount of time they could fetch me.

The Normal Katana in front of me now had some sort of pull, I already placed a dummy in front of me to see how Dark Cosmic Energy would work.

I went near the dummy and just pointed the Katana in front of it, soon the dummy moved towards the sword, it broke in half as it moved towards the sword.

I then stopped channeling my Mana at the Katana shortly after the Dummy fell to the ground.

I smiled but soon fainted afterwards

'Maybe I am color blind'

-

"You wasteful scoundrel!"

It was the first thing in the morning I heard after taking a bath, it wasn't just any bath, but the water I used were Mana Potions.

"It increases your Mana, it isn't wasteful, you should try it, feels nice too"

I told Ji-hyun as she angrily stomped her way out of the pool area.

"I'm going to cut your allowance in half for a month!"

Was all I heard before she left me alone again, Seung-ho just laughed as he followed after Ji-Hyun.

"Say, does it really increase your Mana Capacity?"

Seung-ho asked, this method wasn't known yet but of course I nodded.

"Try it for yourself"

"Does it work with other potion types?"

I shook my head

"I see, I'll try it, but not under Noona's eyes, who knows what she'll take away from me" Seung-ho then left me alone as he didn't want to be late.

I then took the tablet beside me and started a shopping spree, and of course looked at what skill books my family had been hiding as I knew they had tons but I don't know what specifically but I had to make sure I had the best possible options in to survive and leave.

As Eun-woo was surfing through the family treasury catalog that was given to him, he was somehow curious if this world had social media, he then logged onto the account and was sighed in relief that it had allowed him to log-on

"There's not much news about the war, I guess they filtered the content enough."

Eun-woo was scrolling past tons of news on his social media feed, he soon stumbled on an article, an article about him, he read it and was surprised to see it was about him, he only knew who he was since he wasn't supposed to exist and that this was an alternate timeline of his novel.

"So next week is when I'm officially going to disclose my face to the public, I've been homeschooled and my family refuses to let me outside out of fear for my safety? well that's understandable, and then lastly only a select few have seen my face and those include my business partners and my general managers of my own company"

Upon hearing of the news that Eun-woo had companies, he searched for it as it was written in the article which he owned, he soon had a smile form on his face upon learning what it were, it was a news company, publishing company and even an entertainment company.

"I'm in the entertainment business, I didn't even write about Idol's and such? well I guess you gotta have some sort of entertainment in this world."

Afterward he searched news about his brother, there were many articles about him especially him being about a soon to be top ranking hero once he graduates, not much else was written about him beside that, he then searched news about his sister and surprisingly it was also all about the type of business deals she had made and how she made the current company flourish, as for his parents it was just about their past exploits nothing much about their current affairs.

"A month, after a month I'll try and move my companies, maybe I'll find something that wasn't supposed to be here, other than that I can still write, now I can write freely without worrying about money, I guess I should take my sweet time in living here"
