Meeting with the Empress

Sir Ashington stayed outside while I walked down through endless hallways, passed several maids and Butlers before arriving at a big door. The maid knocked on the door, after getting her answer she let me in. I stood in the middle of the giant hall, while the Empress sat on the throne.

''Blessed be to the Moon of our Empire, may you live long.'' ''Rise.'' Empress Nian said with displeasure written on her face, I stood up and faced the Empress and oh mother may I, pretty was not a word to describe Empress Nian, she was gorgeous.

Waist length slightly curled blue hair, straight jawline, large watery black eyes, high nose, flawless skin, pinkish cheeks, red lips, perfect body. Empress Nian ordered maids to set the table, in just a short amount of time the table was set.

Empress Nian sat at the head seat while I sat at the other end, endless types of food were presented on the table. Although everything was beautiful, Empress Nian's charm was even more beautiful.

Empress Nian waved her hands casually and replied, ''Don't worry, I'm sure you've forgotten some manners but everyone makes mistakes.'' One couldn't sense any malice in her statement but I could, she was saying I wasn't cultured well.

Empress Nian continued, ''Well, so your my son's fiance the Crown prince am I right?.'' I nodded my head, ''So your the one who slapped my baby's face!'' Empress Nian said angrily.

I flinched, wasn't she the same collected calm lady or was I seeing double. ''I'm sorry your majesty, but I think you got it wrong. I never slapped anyone's face.'' Empress Nian raised her eyebrows in disbelief, ''So your saying that you didn't slap Li Hua's face?''

I explained calmly, ''Well your majesty, Li Hua called me a whore in public and me as a dignified young lady I slapped her to save me some face.'' ''No one dares to hurt my baby including you.'' Empress Nian shouted furiously, she stood up and slapped me.

I didn't even make a sound and accepted my punishment calmly but inside I was fuming in anger, Empress Nian I'll surely remember this humiliation. Just then the Emperor walked in, dressed in a dignified yellow robe adorned with patterns and jems.

''What's going on here?'' The Emperor shouted ordering attention, I replied, ''Your majesty, the banquet you organised had some complications, Princess Li Hua called me a whore in public and I couldn't accept it so I slapped her, the Empress gave me a little punishment for that and I calmly accepted it.''

The Emperor turned to Empress Nian and said with an annoyed look, ''You see, that girl brought disgrace to our family because you spoil her too much, I will properly punish you and her and Miss Rebecca I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.''

Hehe you slapped me and thought you got away with it but you were so wrong, the child will naturally receive the parents punishment.
