Chapter 78 Until Our Path Crossed
(Hirre's POV.)
"Shit!"
Only words that escaped my mouth as I run away. I knew I could not defeat the numbers of wolves that now chasing me to death. I could not handle the hard breath and made me feel hard to escape. I kept on jumping into every tree to get out of this place.
Unfortunately, the place I was in was so unfamiliar and even though I traced all directions, I could not sense the way to exit the forest where I entered.
Pant!

My breath was panting as I stopped for a while behind the massive tree trunk. I looked behind me but I could not sense them. I kept quiet and the deafening silence filled the entire surrounding. I guessed they were getting tired following me since they chase me for almost twenty minutes. Or might be they didn't know the forest like what I did. And if that was the case, we would be fair enough to face each other.
