When we entered the class, I wasn't surprised to see Mr. Johnson already behind his desk, scribbling something on the board. He didn't even turn around to acknowledge us. Instead, he bowed his head slightly without stopping. Those were the perks of being future Alpha and Beta of the pack. If we were to come late to a class, our teachers wouldn't mind because of their assumption that we were were off doing something important, which wasn't a lie most of the time. There will be incidents where my father will contact Ethan and I, causing us to leave without a single word to take care of a rogue situation. We hadn't had any for quite some time now, but those patrolling will never once let their guard down. They were only putting their pack in danger if they ever did, which is why they all had different shifts so our best werewolves wouldn't get tired out.
