The Thanksgiving Banquet tonight had a rather festive feel as if celebrating the service of the two Betas that they had given to their masters. Charging Millicent with enough energy to last for the night, Nicholai watched the two Betas have their last dance as if dancing at a wedding. The young Omegas even had tambourines to supplement the beat.
Next to him was Darius, who also recalled how good Millicent was as a Beta. Even if she was more of a background person, she was still the one who helped him through the times that he was new to the Gillard Mansion and even when Audrey failed to stand as the pack mother. Despite the change of masters, this Beta continued to be exceptional in her work for the pack.
