Chapter 34

It took two days for Kraig to be able to walk normally. He was lucky for having such a good and strong bloodline, because even an Alpha would suffer with the amount of wolfsbane into their system. 

Nora told him about Keira's behavior and he punched the pillow. 

"She won't let it go, right?" he asked, gritting teeth. 

"That's none else's fault than yours." Nora said with her arms folded in front of her chest and a contemptuous look on her face. Kendrick shook his head, but Kraig raised his hand to him. 

"She's right, man. I screwed things and now, I am paying for what I did." he said. "But.. you know, for a moment, I thought I felt Delina." 

"What?" Kendrick and Nora asked at the same time, startled. 

"Are you… are you sure?" Nora was getting excited. She missed her best friend and sister so much that it pained her. Kendrick, as he was capable of sharing the same feelings as Nora's, missed her too.
