Chapter 6

Felix's bending is. Strange to say the least. His flame is green instead of the traditional colors of blue and red and yet it's increasingly worrying. The flame resembles the one in Ba Sing Se used by the Dai Lee. His flame is mesermizing, you seem to lose all sense while looking at it.

Kenma wears a pair of colorlind shades to make sure his fire doesn't affect him and Crescent watches from the sidelines. His fire was green, it was strong, yet it was more manipulating than expected. It burns the skin when made contact with yet the pain is almost immediately replaced with a strange urge to follow him.

"How was that?" Felix asks Kenma and he nods.

"It was good, you're making good progress"

"Not great progress?" Felix grimaces. "I'll train harder for tomorrow"

"No no" Kenma shakes his head. "Your health matters more than your bending. You can stay in one of the school dorms if you want to train, but do not train alone"

Felix groans and Crescent laughs. "It'll get better. If you want I can stay over at the palace for the night?"

Felix brightens at Crescent's words and nods. "I'll let mother and father know. I bet Azora misses you too"

Azora, lady of the fire nation. Felix's older sister, the only purple fire bender there is. She's elegant, graceful, talented, and pretty much what your family would consider to be the neighbor's child. She's always better than you no matter what you do. She's perfect and her skin is flawless. What you wish to become is only a fraction of her. Despite all of this, she's incredibly humble and the nation loves her.

"Ah, I'll be joining you tonight then!" Crescent smiles.

There was something about Azora though, she was incredibly fake. Her personality in front of the nation and her family was plastic. She was never actually happy with herself, and years of praise had only gotten into her head. Her eyes were cold, harsh, evil towards her close friends. It was as if she didn't want any friends. The fear of someone close to her dragging her down was undeniable. She was just too scared.

The night spent at their place isn't bad. Azora keeps her fits to a minimum and when she does get migraines, Crescent makes sure to heal her. Other than that, nothing happens.

When night comes, Felix and Crescent settle in the courtyard to train.

"How good are you with fire?" Felix wraps his hands and Crescent thinks.

"We'll see. It's better than before but still weaker than my other two elements"

"Alright"

Felix rushes in, his fire is caught midway by Crescent's and he gets sent back. The two continue battling before Felix finally fell, exhausted from the battling. Crescent carries him back to bed, and heads to sleep herself. He seemed to have a slight fever. Nothing a quick heal couldn't fix.

It’s here! Late but here ;;. Enjoy!
