"I came to the lower realm looking for a clan that has originated from the immortal realm. it should be known as the Ye clan," The young man sat on the throne and spoke with an indifferent look but he was secretly closely studying everyone's faces. And from the hidden shock in a few people, he understood he had come to the right place.
He had gained the Devil Dao ancestor inheritances, and he was currently looking for a sword that the Devil Dao ancestor once wielded. If he could get that demonic sword, then he would have a trump card up his sleeves.
"The Ye clan have been slaughtered years ago." The Little Demon Empress said softly, the young man immediately looked at her... well, looking at her fortune value, which was 100,000. Smaller than expected for someone who he thought would be Yun Che's wife... but he paused for a second seeing her fortune value was increasing bit by bit.
All Favored Children of Heaven seem to have an invisible 'Karmic Luck Value' of 'Fortune Value' that determines how lucky they can be. This fortune also determines how protected a Favored Children of Heaven is.
When any person tries to directly cause harm to a Favored Children of Heaven, it causes a reaction from Heavenly Dao. This reaction varies depending on each action, the most risky being trying to take the life of a Favored Children of Heaven, since without neglecting their luck, which could allow them to escape from the vast majority of dangers, they also run the risk of suffering a karmic reaction.
The only way to blind Heaven is to decrease the fortune of the Favored Children of Heaven. With this, you can manage to maneuver around them without risking damaging retribution from Heavenly Dao.
He had to be careful around them, and most importantly Yun Che. At first, he thought that only the sons of the heavens would be the only ones having their Fortune value increase. but it seems like everyone was having their fortune value increase, the biggest and most notable improvements were, of course, the favored sons and daughters of the heavens.
"Ye clan belongs within the immortal realm, the sword they guard over has been dropping their karma for the past millions of years. From how things looked, the sword has also dropped the karma of the whole demon race." He said calmly, stunning the Little Demon Empress.
"The Ye clan was a powerful clan that had stood for trillions of years, going as far back as the primordial Era. If even they fell thanks to the sword, what do you think would befall this lower realm?" He asked lightly, to which the Little Demon Empress thought for a second, but before she could speak, he cut her off.
"I have no interest in using a sword that would destroy my whole clan. But the longer that sword remains free, the chances that the soul within would be free increases. If the Ye clan is truly slaughtered, I will be taking that sword and have the great power of the immortal realm focus on sealing the sword." He said while looking deeply at the Little Demon Empress.
The little Demon Empress didn't know what to say. She could believe that the sword had dropped the karma of those watching it, just look at what happened to the demon realm, and the Ye clan. The sword had drawn that hateful human to them, it planned everything out...
But the question here was... could she trust the young man before her? Even if everything this young man says is true, can he be trusted? Would she not be releasing a greater danger into the world if she was not careful?
"Sigh... forget it." He said with a sigh seeing as he wasn't trusted, he got up, ready to leave.
"The Ye clan might be slaughtered, but there is someone called Fen Juechen who is the reincarnation of their clan. he also seems to have been reincarnated with their bloodline, which had yet to awaken. he should know the way." One of the top families of the demon realm said quickly, causing him to pause and look towards the man who had spoken.
"I see... Can I trouble you to show me this young man?" He asked to which the man nodded while standing up with a righteous look. He walked forward, before bowing lightly toward the Little Demon Empress whose eyes were chilling cold at the moment.
"Empress, the sword is the reason behind the conflict that had happened. With the Ye clan no longer here to keep up the seal, are we not asking for trouble to befall our world?" He asked to which everyone had to secretly agree with this as it was the truth.
Yun Che frowned seeing all of this, the young man from the immortal realm gave him a bad feeling. With the improvement to his martial arts, his skills in reading people had improved, and he could tell this young man was... well, he wasn't a good person. He could guess he wanted the sword all for himself, so he secretly began to move backward, wanting to rush to Fen Juechen and warn him.
Yes, they had their troubles and they were not on good terms. but before someone like this from the immortal realms, Yun Che understood that he had to put aside their problems. thats even more so when his little aunt was treated nicely and was even helped to cultivate by Fen Juechen. He understood that Fen Juechen wasn't a bad person, he just wanted revenge for the things that had happened... of course, Yun Che only let things go thanks to his little aunt forcing Fen Juechen to behave or else he would not consider him a friend.
So, Yun Che secretly left, and the young man noticed all of this but said nothing... instead, he had his protector who was hiding within the void follow Yun Che in secret.
"I don't blame the empress. I can see things from your point of view, but you may come with me and see everything for yourself." He said calmly, to which the Little Demon Empress stood up while nodding lightly... so, they left towards the gate.
On Blue Star Planet, Qin Wentian was currently getting ready for a breakthrough to the Qi Condensation. He had to get ready as he needed to form his 3rd astra soul of the 9th level. So far, he has the Supreme Titan Astra Soul and the Dreaming Celestial Astra Soul.
The one he planned to get was special, but before he could do anything, he paused when he felt something. He looked over and saw a rift in space appearing not too far away. there Yun Che arrived, covered in blood.
He had forcefully opened a gate between Blue Star and the Demon realm and shot through it. to say the least, his body was not in good condition, but this wasn't his first gate as he had opened another gate to reach Qin Wentian.
Stepping out of the rift, his body quickly began to start healing, and he wasted no time in explaining everything to Qin Wentian, which in return meant Fen Juechen heard it all, causing Fen Juechen to appear, which shocked Qin Wentian.
"... Were you following me?" Qin Wentian asked with a frown, not liking that idea. Fen Juechen ignored him, he had an uneasy look hearing someone from the immortal realm was looking for the sword.
"Call for Wu Xian, if a young master came from the immortal realm, it means an immortal is with him. No matter what, they can't have that sword. It's bad enough you have it." Fen Juechen said quickly to Qin Wentian... sadly for them, although Yun Che had hidden his tracks, he had easily been discovered, leading the young man from the immortal realm to teleport over along with everyone else.
They all froze while looking at the young man, who was just looking down upon them with an indifferent look, with the little demon empress and everyone else behind him.
"Good, you live. My name is Gu Changge, I have come from the immortal realm wanting to bring your clan back to the immortal realm." Gu Changge said with a slight frown seeing how Fen Juechen didn't have the sword. He slowly turned and locked eyes with Qin Wentian, he frowned as the system notification popped up, telling him this was another favored son of heaven with a fortune valued in the millions, above even Yun Che.
Gu Changge was speechless, but when he sensed the sword within Qin Wentian, he tapped the air and from Qin Wentian's storage ring, the sword shot out, shooting into the sky. everyone instantly went on guard, but the sword shot into Fen Juechen's hands, stunning them.
"The longer the sword would have stayed in your hands, the lower your karma would have dropped. Your name is Fen Juechen right? I will teach you a technique to weaken the soul of the Devil Dao Ancestor within, that way you don't have to worry about him dropping your karma. Although I would love to take you and the sword to the immortal realm, I understand you're on guard. So, I will give you some resources to ensure the sword could at least remain sealed away for the next 50 thousand years or so." He said calmly, stunning everyone who didn't expect this... well, all but Fen Juechen, Qin Wentian, and Yun Che who easily saw through the act.
If their skills in reading people had not improved thanks to their martial arts, they would have failed the act like how the Little Demon Empress was starting to think that maybe Gu Changga wasn't such a bad person.
'They are seeing through the act...' Gu Changga thought, confused as he was sure his acting skills were unmatched. But he didn't show it, and instead began making plans to deal with this problem... but did he have enough time to do such a thing? he had spoken extra just a moment ago to read them closely, he didn't want to say anything about resources, but he had to add it to read them closely.
He honestly wanted to just kill them, but he didn't want to suffer any backlash. He just transmigrated, why was he facing things in a hard mode? It was looking more like it was in an impossible mode right now.
